Very very large bedroom, one of the most spacious I have ever slept in Europe. I enjoyed the jacuzzi+walk-in shower bathroom. Nice desk to work from your hotel room. Good breakfast, especially salty part. Centric position, convenient for shopping. I profited the 10% discount card offered by the hotel at a particular shopping centre. Helpful staff. Great restaurant, I loved their bread, next time I will dare to ask for a full basket of bread at any price.

At check in they give you a 10% discount for the restaurant, which is great, but it is for one time only. Room cleaning was not very punctual, one day it was at 9 am, next day at 2 pm. Parking could be a problem: 1. you cannot book in advance 2. there is a car lift which is pretty narrow, but that depends on your car, of course 3. parkings nearby are expensive 4. well, also hotel parking is expensive. Anyway car lift assistant was helpful. TV without Italian channels. On the whole information for guests was lacking, in my opinion. Timetables, things to do in Andorra, parking, how to use the jacuzzi, how to set off the lights (5 strange keys without icons on).

It's a fantastic hotel, that I believe is brand new or at least recently renovated. It's one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in Europe, including most of my 5-star hotel stays. The room is spacious, beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly. My mother loved her room. Felt like she was in a "space ship." Spa tub and shower is nice with good pressure. The location is great for shopping, and Caldea Spa is less than a mile away. It's exactly in the middle of Old Town and Caldea Spa via walking. It wasn't skiing season---but I can imagine it would be a great room to come back to. The restaurant in the hotel is serviceable, probably as good as anywhere else. At some point, I think the restaurant would have viable potential. If this hotel had an indoor pool, or other amenities, it would certainly be considered 5-star compared to those in major cities like Paris, Barcelona, etc.

Nothing, really. The restaurant still feels like a "soft" opening, but we traveled before skiing season. For information purposes: The distance to Caldea Spa or Old Town is not a short walk for the elderly or handicapped so travelers should plan accordingly. If you are there for the shopping or a brief stay, there's really only a couple of other hotels in the City that has a comparable location.

We couldn’t have stayed in a more central hotel during our first trip to Andorra. We arrived, got ready and went straight out into a busy shopping district. The room was amazing with its lovely balcony, bed and bubble bath! The highlights. Parking through a car lift was a unique experience. The staff were very helpful

We booked on line for a meal in the restaurant at 7:15 pm on their site and when we arrived we were told that they don’t start serving dinner until 8 so we had to go elsewhere as we were hungry :(

The hotel is a beautiful property located in the center of Andorra la Vella. Everything of interest including shopping, restaurants and major sites are within meters of the hotel. The entire property reflects understated elegance and attention to detail throughout in function and décor. The staff was the most attentive from our first contact at check-in and at the restaurant Coure, where we had a wonderful dinner and an exceptional breakfast, both with impeccable service.

Very very clean, big comfy bed, nice breakfast, attentive reception staff, located in the town centre. Fast response to a leaky A/C, they changed us in another room within half hour. Restaurant with very tasty food and helpful waiters.

Not much not to like, could be a little cheaper 🫣 and parking is "only for small cars" as they told me in reception (also 25e/24h). Other than that, all was perfect. We had a nice stay during our shopping spree.

Hard to find the reception, as the restaurant where the reception is, has a different name than the hotel. Be aware, internet is very expensive in Andora as it is not part of EU. WITHOUT internet it took us 50 minutes to find the hotel, and another 20 to find the damn reception. Parking at the hotel is super expensive, a total rip off.

Comfortable and spacious room. Quiet. Good location in the shopping street. The restaurant seemed nice although we did not try it.

Although the breakfast was very nice, the service was a bit slow when in a hurry. Also difficult to understand the size of the dishes and how much to order. Arriving with car and parking in the nearest lot it was a little walk to the hotel. No complimentary water in the room as far as I could see.

The Hotel overall very nice because: 1. the location is very convenient. It's in the central of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. 2. The room is very clean. 3. The bathing facilities are very good.

The only drawback of our room is that it’s just opposite of a residential appartement. Therefore we have to keep the curtains closed. In addition, the lights are not bright enough in the room.

Very modern attractive hotel and right in the city centre. Room was fantastic with every facility. Good value for money.

We were told that there was parking at the hotel and were happy to pay. However, when we arrived, we were told that the car was too big to fit in the carpark lift. So we had to park a couple of streets away in a dodgy looking carpark.

This was one of the rare cases when the actual appearance of the hotel has beat the photos available at Booking: the room was great and very well cleaned. The price-quality ratio was absolutely gorgeous (the visit was off the ski season though). Another noticeable feature is the excellent room soundproofing - it's of recording studio grade.
