The room was quite large very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was in a Car Park around the back of the hotel reasonably priced. The view from the hotel was ok we looked over to the church and shops but also the air conditioning units which were a bit noisy as our aircon was not working. If you want to go shopping for designer goods then Andorra is the place to go. They could have also done with plugs at the side of the beds to charge your phone. we did not take the breakfast option.

The Andorra mobile phone signal is not too great. We had to leave there and go into France to pick up a signal and as we were relying on Sat Nav we hoped we were going the correct way.

Great location right in the middle of the town. Rooms were comfortable and the whole place had the air of a 4 star hotel. The bar staff were friendly and made you feel at home.

I booked the hotel specifically as it had its own car park but when we arrived it was full and had to use a public car park. Whilst the car park was close to the hotel, as we were just staying overnight the car was packed with holiday luggage and I was looking for secure parking when I booked. Also the reception staff, while not unfriendly, were not friendly and approachable. It’s a pet hate of mine when both receptionists feel obliged to deal with a single guest and leave you waiting!

Staff very friendly and spoke English very well. Reasonable prices in the bar. Garage was a lot easier than most to get in and out of.

Aircon didn't seem to work so had to leave windows open to sleep. Luckily the outside noise was mostly quiet over night. Hand basin area heated mirror was like a radiator and operated by the bathroom light switch. The toilet light was linked in to the main room lights so could not be on during the night without having the main room lights on. Not much of a problem because there was enough light in the toilet to get by due to the darkened glass door allowing some light to pass. It was not a logical way to have the lights but was possibly a wiring convenience.

We reached Andorra from Barcelona without any plans. We didn’t know if we would stay or go back. It was around 7pm. We learnt also that roaming on your mobile doesn’t work in Andorra - so we were kind of stuck. After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on Booking.com while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). For around 14 hours it cost us €8- that’s because for the night these parking lots only charge a max of €3. The hotel is super centrally located. The service is excellent- Pete was patient and outstanding. We had a great meat at Fourteen which is just outside the hotel- takes 5 seconds to walk. The room was large with an extra bed. The washroom was large too.

Very big rooms where you can easily put snowboarding equipment and all nessesary staff and big double bad; Great breakfast (hot food available: omelet, sausages, hot tomatoes, mushrooms, beacon, tortillia; nice bakery selection; yogurts; fruits; varieties of jamon, cheese), but coffee isn't tasty (only espresso and americano are available); amazing hotel location (city center with shopping area, nearby Caldea, bus stop, restaurants); Everyday cleaning; Refrigerator and loker are in the room; 2 bottles of water in each room.

Not a strong and old hairdryer at the room, but not critical. Hotel has a free transfer to Grandvalira from Golden Tulip Hotel (5 min walk) - you should be on the list and notify hotel beforehand what we did, 2 times out of 3 no bus at sheduled time at the morning and really bad service of Golden Tulip reception. All they can do is propose a bus in 1 hour, and no reasonable answer why the bus didn't arrive and take us at the scheduled time, so the experience was disappointing.

Rooms are large, very clean with comfortable beds. Location is excellent for shopping. Friendly staff.

Lighting is a bit dim in the bedroom and towels are wearing a bit thin. Also with every change of hotel ownership, the quality of the buffet food decreases slightly.

The location could not be better. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent The breakfasts were fantastic, such a choice and loved all the fruits and the breads But the staff were so amazing each and everyone at the reception went above and beyond to give me information and they were so helpful. I have stayed in 100s of hotels all over the world and have never encountered such helpful and amazing staff . Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Just a small thing, but the lack of electrical plugs at the bedside.

The most of all - great location, next to the main shopping and restaurant street. The staff at reception was very pleasant and helpful, with good english. Everything went well with check in and check out. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it was a great value for money. Room was clean and quiet. There was parking for electric car in the hotel parking (you have to pay extra for parking).

We had no view from window, however, it didnt effect our stay at all. (It could be worse - some rooms are facing a wall).

Location was great as it was one block away from the mile long shopping street. The staff was excellent in making suggestions on what to see and do. We also took advantage of their all you can eat buffets including breakfast and dinner, had a great variety of food at a great value. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Tulip Inn is not the newest hotel in town, but has been kept in very good condition. Probably the best price/quality ratio in Andorra. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms have all your essentials and sleep well. Adding the 10€ per person breakfast was the best choice we made during this stay!

There was no space in the parking of the hotel, so we had to park in a rather expensive public parking! Also, not too many veggies on breakfast.
