This is the best hostel I have ever stayed at! Juan checked me in and he was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were very big and the beds were VERY comfortable, every room has plenty of lockers. I was given a towel when I checked in and the showers were always clean and available. I stayed on floor 1 but you have to go up to floor 2 for the shower but that was no problem as there are plenty of showers available, floor 1 did have a toilet. The location is also great, 2 minute walk from the main shopping street with plenty of restaurants and bars, there's also a small supermarket next door. The bus stop is also 1 minute away. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous, I would 100% recommend this hostel!

If you know that you snore, DO NOT STAY IN A HOSTEL. Have some respect for other guests and stay in your own hotel room because when you sleep, no one else can! A lady in my room was snoring loud 1 night so I didn't sleep. Not the hostel's fault! Her fault!

A family business ; I was rendered a more than fair experience; the vibe in general is impeccable and was very much to my liking. The owner - Lorena - is more than helpful; going way out of her way to inform you about the area or accommodate your requests. Her colleagues are of the same breed. The facilities are ample & clean; multiple toilets and showers on each floor; lockers in the rooms; fridges for your food. There is even a rooftop terrace next to the washroom&kitchen. There is a shop right next door for your needs and various restaurants in the area - I personally recommend the bar "Serra do Geres" if you are looking for some homemade nutrition before your hike. I am sure that will be returning one day. Again; thank you very much for having me & providing me with a base to recharge. Saludos; Agoston

I really liked this place. Comfortable, spacious bunks, large private shower rooms with hot water, free laundry solid WiFi on very floor, and a gorgeous roof terrace, with the pleasant white noise of the nearly waterfall. The staff were sweet, and overall it rocked 😁

Not the fault of the hostel, but there doesn’t appear to be any public transport from the bus station to the hostel, and it’s a long walk up a slight incline to get there. That said, I needed the exercise anyway… 😏

Friendly and very helpful staff. Two kitchens with good food storage system. Toilets and showers were great and sufficient space to store own belongings, safely if you felt the need. Central location near bus stop and easy walk to centre and to walks into the mountains.

Five stories with no lift so if on 1st floor and wish to use big kitchen you need to go to 5th floor or use very small ground floor kitchen. Common space dining room or outdoor veranda but no other common space These are minor things in a well run central hostel

The hostel is located in a more quite area but only 15-20 min away from the city centre. There is a big grocery store 15 min away. In the basement there are some seating places with great wifi where you can work. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property has been kept clean and tidy. Bedrooms are fine, so do the beds. A great price/value ratio. Recommend it!

As an only drawback I can mention the number of rest rooms throughout the property.

I really enjoyed the location and the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I also loved to rooftop area where you could eat or relax while being surrounded by beautiful views. The lockers were big, works perfectly for people with larger luggage or bigger travel packs / ruck sacks like myself.

Nothing. The hostel was great. But if you are reading this please remember that Andorra "is not" a part of the European Union and your French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc sim cards will not work here. If you come in on the bus, it is a long uphill walk to the hostel. I'd advise getting a taxi if you have anything more than a travel pack.

The owner/manager runs the hostel extremely well. I liked its eclectic aspects. Plenty of toilets/showers. I loved the roof terrace and the fact there are two spaces to read/eat/chat etc. Other people in the hostel were very friendly. A very enjoyable experience all in all.

Leaving. I was tired by the time I arrived, so did not relish the slow walk up the hill to get there. It is however very walkable from the bus station and mainly along a pedestrianised route.

I booked very last minute and arrived super late; they don’t have 24hr reception, but someone (Juan) was waiting to check me in, explained the rules and cleared any doubts. He even managed to get me the bunk of my choice. The rooftop was also nice.

Everything was great, but keep in mind it was a 30 minute walk from the bus station (if you’re walking with heavy backpacks)

Great location less than 3 minutes walk from downtown shops, but the best thing about it is would say the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the staff especially Juan he was super friendly and helped me with recommendations and how to get around and the best closest hikes If i go back there one of the reasons is hoping to find the same hospitality I received from Juan

The staff were very friendly. Showed us around the 5 storey accommodation identifying toilets/ showers/ kitchens etc. Biggest locker storage I've seen in a hostel 😀 They have a roof terrace area for socializing.

The storage system of food. We'll basically there's not enough room. There are 2 fridges but they are filled up because there are a lot of people who are looking term occupants. Maybe have a fridge for short term and long term stayers :)
