The rooms are old but clean and tidy. Small bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets in the wardrobe. Restaurant and Bar close by. Entry to complex by card only with plenty of parking available around the rooms. Did get a $10 bar voucher each day we didn't ask for new towels, definitely came in handy.

Just arrived in our room and the cleaner came in to see if we needed it cleaned? Was in the shower at time! They saw us arrive as they were a few rooms down. The room next door toilet was against our bed head which woke us up every morning.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower with plenty of good pressure and hot water. Quiet, comfortable air conditioning. Dinner at the bistro was very tasty. It was surprisingly quiet given its location on the main road and the numbers of people staying. It is a very large set up with good security.

The breakfast at the bistro was very disappointing. There were a lot of diners, which meant an hour's wait for the meal. When the breakfast finally arrived, the Turkish bread with eggs benedict, was too hard to cut let alone chew and the eggs were overcooked. A bacon and egg muffin from Maccas would have been preferable. There was also some confusion as to where the meals were meant to go.

I really liked the fact that it was secure. As a woman travelling alone for work purposes it was important to me that i felt safe where i was staying. Everything was within walking distance to the motel. I also liked the fact that they had all the amenities onsite so if i didnt want to go out everything was there to provide nourishment and comfort.

The only thing i didnt overly like was the door between my room and the room next door. But i guess when someone makes a family booking they just kind of open the 2 rooms up together. So no real complaints.

The hotel and facilities were as expected, clean and tidy. The onsite restaurant was great with lovely staff and food options. This hotel overall though is excellent value for money and will be my go to in Bathurst in the future.

It was extremely cold when we stayed (-4) so we found the heating didn't keep up as well as our previous stays and it was hard to get the room warm. There does seem to be a truck parking bay behind some rooms which was challenging at times in terms of noise as the trucks entered and left at various times.

Conveiniant to the showground where we were competing with our horse at the royal bathurst show.

Only problem was our room card which allows access.to the side gate for entry didn't work. The card was swapped but the new onle didn't work either. Were getting some items at the service station opposite and watched 3 other people trying to access it as well and it didn't work for them either. Panorama said they had had a new system put in but wasn't linking it to side access. Irritating becauze you had to line up at front entry waiting for people who were checking in.

The location is close to shopping and attractions, short walk suitable for little kids too. The site uses swipe card security for guests to entering accommodation area which is much safer than other motels. Facilities are old but all functional for a comfort stay.

Parking spaces are not allocated to each room, hard to find a spot that parking close to the room. The building is old that may need maintenance for safety, we saw a pole which supposed to be a support of the first flood but detached from it's supporting point.

I really liked how property was decorated and that everything was neat and tidy. Room was of good size and had everything you need for comfortable stay. Also joint use Facilities where great, especially kitchen for joint use and balconies that you could use to drink your morning coffee and relax while enjoying panorama view of Bathurst.

Great location. Loved having the security gate especially when some of our group had motorbikes. Easy access The pool was welcoming after travelling for quite a while on a hot day. Nice temperature Beds were very comfortable Friendly staff Great bar and bistro where you had a good selection from the menu to choose from.

Nothing much apart from the bathroom which was a little cramped but the shower was good

Central location in Bathurst, short drive to Mt Panorama. Good facilities with laundry and pool. Security gates on hotel guest parking and rooms. On site bar/bistro was really doing good business. Meals were a good size. Pool a bonus for cooling down. We stayed in January, Summer. So half the hotel guest parking was baking hot. Remeber to pick a shady spot to put you car if you arrive before sundown

The bathroom renovations were not completed (front laminate strip on vanity missing in room 64, old faded, yellow GOP but generally good. My steak was overcooked in the Bistro... but it was very busy so we accepted it and enjoyed our night. Note to travelers: the Bistro does get busy AND some tables catch the hot afternoon sun so book early if you want to eat.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful, it's close in proximity to everything, the other guests are always lovely, it's always quite peaceful and relaxing not noisy and the bistro food is very nice
