Everything! The room was lovely, very clean, the staff were very friendly, the meals were delicious and very well priced. All the amenities were clean and everything was beautiful designed and spacious. I will definitely be staying again the next time I'm out that way 😃

The only downside that I can think of is that we didn't know a reservation was required for breakfast, however even that is null and void as they still gave us a table 😃

We loved the restaurant and are so pleased we booked in for dinner and breakfast. The room was quiet, clean and had all we needed. We enjoyed the location as it gave us an opportunity to explore the villages nearby for the first time. The reverse cycle AC worked well.

I found the bed was a little firm for my hips. A topper might help. Also a choice of a high or a low pillow is always appreciated, IE two of each in the room. The shower head needs checking in our room.

We had a lovely 2 night stay, The room was very comfortable, big, very clean and the facilities were great. Kitchenette area had all we needed and bathroom was great. We could park just outside our room and it was very quiet when we stayed there. We had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant one morning. The restaurant was very nice with a lot of character and interesting historical information, the staff in the restaurant were good and the meal and cost were good. It is small town and we tried the local pub (Commercial Hotel) in the main street for dinner one night which had a great steak, but I think the grumpy meal ordering person at that pub could do with customer service training and they messed up a basic order. Also take note: Mumma Jo's Diner nearby closes before their shop front closing times on the Saturday night (at least), which was annoying. I report these things as next time we would definitely eat in the Black Gold on site restaurant for dinner! This location was a good base to stay to explore the area too. We wanted to do a Wolgan Valley WIldlife Dusk Tour, but due to the weather, unfortunately the tours were cancelled, however we found plenty of other good things to do around the area instead. We will definitely stay at Black Gold again if we are in the area. Thank you

The Crib restaurant was excellent with impressive food and vibe. Hot water was good in the bathroom.

Not sure if it was just me unlucky or it is quite common. 10 Emergency response staff gathered at the car park, chatted and laughed very loudly around 9pm, which was very disturbing. Apart from that too much deposit in the kettle and I don't know if it was cleaned regularly.

I can not fault anything about this complex or any of the staff I have stayed in many motels around Australia, New Zealand and Europe and this one is is definitely the cleanest and all the staff were friendly and helpful Loved our holiday there and will definitely be back 10/10

This motel is fantastic. Comfortable bed, super hot shower with great water pressure, air conditioning that heated our room up quickly (we were freezing after an afternoon at the lake!) plus the staff go above and beyond to help you out. We are keen to come back soon and highly recommend! Be sure to book the restaurant for dinner AND breakfast!! It is super popular and with good reason.

Extremely clean and everything you could need. The grounds were very pretty and the restaurant and bar were lovely. Very classy. Not what we expected! They have won a major business award recently and well deserved.

Nothing, but a little bit more full hanging space in the wardrobe would have been nice, but honestly it was all fine!

The room is great, they are comfortable with good facilities and have been recently renovated. The staff are always lovely and great to deal with. Great restaurant with good food and such a nice location. The pricing is very reasonable and a great location to attend the Bathurst 1000. Would highly recommend this location for any trip.

Incredibly amazing staff, very clean modern rooms, electric blankets on the bed, beautiful setting with parking directly in front of the rooms. The restaurant was wonderful, reasonably priced, elegant atmosphere and fast service. The room service menu is the full restaurant menu. Good quality tea and coffee options in the room. Room has microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board along with full crockery plates/bowls ect, cutlery, can opener and plenty of power outlets throughout. Couldn’t be more pleased and will be definitely staying here next year.

There wasn’t a lot to do in the town.

I can’t recommend this accommodation enough! Received an upgrade free of charge. Facilities and staff were impeccable, especially in comparison to where I stayed in Wallerwang last year for Bathurst car races. The Crib restaurant and bar superb! 20 out of 10 Brad and your team and know I’ll be back.
