Kids enjoyed the apartment that we'd stayed at. Plenty of space, neat and tidy. There were a few bugs that slipped under the door but it was that kind of season I guess. Parking right up to the apartment for us so made unloading and loading luggage and kids easier. Kids loved the upstairs while the parents camped out downstairs with our own tvs! Was lucky to get this one last minute and found it value for money. Easy self-check in and out with their nifty system. Would love to stay again.

Pest control or sealing of doors better i think...those under door seals would work wonders...

I booked the room for my elderly father to attend a funeral in Orange. He checked in at 10.30 to pick up his keys and they said as the maid had started that room already he could check in with his bags etc very quickly. He was able to have a coffee and brief rest before the funeral which for an elderly man is really helpful and kind. He said the room was very clean.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable and electric blankets were appreciated. Check in was easy. Location is handy with lots of fast food options available and a nice pub nearby (although bistro was booked out so book early). Walking distance (about 1km) to town.

Could do with some plates etc as it does have a microwave but no crockery or cutlery.

Great location close to restaurants and fast food outlets I like the fact that there is a dedicated smokers area the bed was extremely comfortable had an electric blanket on it which we definitely needed very clean the cleaners who work there are exceptional at their job

The only one thing that I can complain about is how small the room was bumping into everything didn't realise the tea and coffee were in the wardrobe until the night before we left but for the price that we paid it was perfect

Issues with the lock box for the key as we were a late arrival, Issue was user (me) error - Staff came out to assist and were, as always, helpful, friendly and very understanding that my brain was a little frazzled (stressful last hour of driving with only parking lights, no headlights - Anyone driving Bathurst to Orange will understand......) I had not seen the text message to say code is your mobile number, NOT the code on the email. Rooms as always, clean and tidy, and best a nice hot shower.

We booked 2 rooms. The rooms were clean. The staff at check in were welcoming and friendly. Free convenient parking space.

(Room 8) - The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, which was not good at all, as there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the toilet or floor waste. We had to keep the door closed and the toilet seat down and even covered the floor waste grate, but to no avail. The 2nd room (Room 17) did not have this problem with the bad odour. However the 2nd room also had a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom and the sliding bathroom door did not work. It took 2 of us to open the door.

Room was clean and fresh, although mattress was a little soft. Tea and coffee supplied was fresh as was the crockery and utensils. With three guest there should be three packs of biscuits not two/one. Cleaners need to be a little more considerate of a morning as they were very noisy with trolleys and general talking but were polite when we left our room

The noise level of cleaners and there was a dog barking until about 8pm. Towels may need replacing as they were a little small and not very absorbent. Better quality toilet paper also

The excellent location, great service, nice and clean property, warmly welcome, well organised rooms, free car park, go beyond to serve customer needs

The things were really nice organised in a small place there was nothing that we didn't like at place

Roomy suite, comfy bed. It was quiet, no road/traffic noise. Clean towels and good air conditioning to keep room warm.

Toilet was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Sofa was quite dated and looks like it's seen better days. These could be better for the pricing of the room.

The family apartments were spacious , clean and the beds were a dream to sleep in. lovation was also very convenient for dinner.

The air conditioner in top room was a little noisy but not s much you coukdnt sleep through it
