Easy check in instructions provided; very spacious two-room 'suite'; comfortable bed; good shower; nice bathroom linen; light, bright and sunny rooms;

door to common balcony area didn't open and had a missing window pane with cardboard put over it that let cigarette smoke into the room until we bought some sticky tape and covered it over; one night was very noisy from a party onsite; other guests were smoking in their rooms and the smell filled the corridor;

It was clean and easy to book. The showers and toilet are shared but were clean and it was a great location. Close to centre of town and dining options. Also allowed late che kout at midday.

Parking was at rear of property and not in view from room. We had our RV tent on roof so we're a little concerned However we had no issues overnight.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Newly refurbished, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, nice glasses. Sitting area separate from the bedroom. Comfortable king size bed and nice quality linen. Great location.

the proximity to Parkes town centre made this hotel a great choice - walking distance to everything!

I was a little concerned about safety of my car out in the Woolworths car park - but quickly relaxed as I came to realise the town was quite safe.

Comfortable bed, clean room, great AC, incredible hot showers, close to lovely restaurants and woolworths, and if you're in the rooms further down the corridor it's dead quite, so youre set for a great night's sleep! No comparison for the price. My favourite place to stay in Parkes.

We had a King Suite which was very spacious and clean. Large comfortable bed, crisp sheets and with soft towels. Lovely room. A box of special tea and coffee/coffee machine was provided and the kitchenette was well supplied. Staff was friendly and eager to please.

The fire alarm went off at 5.00am and as guests vacated rooms no one was there to tell us what was happening. After about 10 mins, the alarm finally stopped and we all went back to our rooms non the wiser. It was unsettling.

This is no ordinary room above a pub. For an very cheap price I got a surprisingly good facilities. Bathroom, shower were excellent. I’ve paid at least double the money for a room in same condition. Food and supermarkets 50metres walk. Awesome

It was a great location with really nice people. It was also super clean.

I couldn’t eat in the pub downstairs on the Sunday because they were cleaning the carpet. I was impressed with their level of care and cleanliness so it really wasn’t a problem.

Lovely, accommodating staff. Quiet room. Great aircon. Great showers!

Some rooms are louder than others.

The noise from downstairs, there was one woman yelling most of the night. Perhaps a door between the pub and the accommodation may help with noise reduction
