The beds were very comfortable and the rooms layout meant that there was a couch, desk, mini kitchenette and a decent sized shower. The facilities looked great (gym, restaurant, bar, pool etc) but unfortunately the room service and restaurant were not open/had limited opening hours so we couldn't try them. The hotel literally backs onto the drive in movie theatre, which we would definitely do next time now we know it's so close.

The lighting in the rooms wasn't great - although there were lots of lamps, there is no ceiling lighting to light up the room.

Really funky space; the rooms were quiet and very comfortable with fun decorating and a bit more that you standard hotel room (a couch, desk, kitchen sink).

The bed had a waterproof cover on underneath which made the sleep feel a bit plastic-y, and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept on - however that's me being really fussy and trying to find something that was out of place. I genuinely had a great stay and would absolutely stay regularly.

the room was tidy and clean, bed was very comfortable and warm. Staff were very helpful and had good communication. Bathroom was great and loved the modern look of the whole room. Everything was more than expected. Loved it

The drinks in the mini fridge were expired. Would have liked to be able to swim at anytime (mostly made it back in the dark and were not able to swim at night).

I loved the room, it was very spacious and the bed OMGOSH was so comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable. The location is in the middle of no where though. The closest store was a few KM away so you definitely need a car unless you plan on staying at the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite but its only open for dinner.

You couldn't pay cash upon arrival for the room, it doesn't mention that on the confirmation booking email. You also cannot use cash onsite for anything, you need a card to pay for the room, to check in, to pay for food or snacks - literally anything so if you plan on taking cash forget about it. The restaurant is also closed for dining and in room service is only available for dinner so take snacks or order uber eats as the location is in the middle of no where.

Nice accommodation with updated everything. Parking included. Needed a place to crash for a night before continuing our trek to the blue mountains

Only that it was cheaper to book through Booking than it was to go through them directly, even last minute the night of. Highly recommend you don't book with the hotel, you book through another service. It was something like $30 cheaper through Booking

Great location for Raging Waters and Sydney Zoo. The accommodation was comfortable and adjoining rooms were not an issue to arrange. The pool area was great. The breakfast was ok. Made-to-order eggs would have been a bonus. Dinner was nice but there were a few functions on so the service was extremely slow.

Lack of staff when busy. Having to pay for coffee when the buffet coffee machine was broken. Couldn't order poached eggs for breakfast.

Great sized rooms. Loved that there was a sitting area and desk. The beds are so comfy! Good value. There's a lot to do in the area. Recommend staying longer than one night.

Unfortunately, it is an eftpos only hotel (cashless). Can make it hard when their eftpos machines go down. Holds up other customers behind us, and just delayed the process. Staff were scrambling to get it working to take payment.

Great pool, snooker table & table tennis. Great activities for kids. Friendly staff. Good food & drinks. Perfect location for Raging Water Park.

Need to upgrade snooker & table tennis gear. Room is a bit small. Should have proper bed instead of sofa bed for booking of family of 4

Fridge wasn’t a actual fridge Fridge had black mold inside fridge Bar not open on a Sunday for lunch couldn’t sit by pool in the sun and enjoy the facilities

The Hotel was very nicely set out. The staff on front desk were wonderful and extremely friendly and quick acknowledgement when you entered hotel. The bar service was quick and greatly priced. The rooms were exceptional. The beds were like a cloud to sleep on. The rooms were so so quiet that you got a great nights sleep. The Breakfast was amazing. There was a drive in out the back. Wow.

I didn't like we had to figure out to give the tv a whack to get picture on screen lol . I didn't like there was no butter available at Breakfast. The coffee machine after 1 cup of Mocha coffee would not let me get a 2nd one for my friend. It stated on machine it was full and needed to be emptied. Other then these minor things. NOTHING to complain about.
