The apartment was clean and comfortable.The location was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and a cinema.

We were woken up early by tradies doing renovations in the rooms around us.Not only were they noisy but talking loudly on their phones as well.The staff were helpful only happy to help us relocate to another quieter area that was a disability room which was the only room available.There was no power point in the bathroom for hair dryer and the floor was very slippery when wet.We appreciated staff helping us relocate but would have been better to let us know when we were booking that renovations were taking place so we could have chosen another accomodation for our special trip away.We would like to return when the renovations are completed.

I enjoyed everything from check in to check out, even the breakfast was amazing.

Arrived at 110pm as per previously arranged on booking.com, was told if I wanted to check in before 130pm I had to pay a $20 early fee, and that I should go for a drive for 20 minutes. Informed the lady checking me in that injad driven 13 hours to attend a function that started in 2 1/2 hours and I'll sit in the car for 20 minutes if checking in 20 minutes was a hassle. Alas she allowed me to check in and occupy the room.

Location to shopping and town centre is very convienient with Aldi and Kmart across the road. Plenty of space in the loft apartment. Very quiet.

TV size too small, my computer monitor is larger, ok for bedroom, but not lounge room. Open shower is a bad design causing a wet bathroom floor.The loft is suitable for people with no physical restrictions as narrow winding steps could be a problem..

it needs to be made clearer on booking.com that if quest doesnt recieve paymeny 48 hours before check in that the reservation will be automatically cancelled. i missed their call to obtain payment and when i called back i was told i was very lucky the reservation hadnt been cancelled. Also one of the bedrooms in our 2 bedroom apt had no window, which was very strange

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never be staying at the Quest again because of this. We had a wedding to go to and she would not allow early check in even though I had spoken to another receptionist the night before. I was then having to go between several other guests rooms that were staying there to get ready and that is something that could have just been avoided had the receptionist just been more helpful. Early checking isn't a wild expectation or request I don't believe.

Maybe when you have 2 adults and one child staying giving them more then one key And the room was good but only had long bed and sofa lounge which you couldn’t sleep on as was so uncomfortable I would let my child sleep in it cause she would of ended with really sore back

Excellent location in central Maitland; quiet, with well kept gardens and lawns. The apartment was clean and had all amenities necessary, including kitchen and laundry, a comfortable king size bed and is walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops, and walks around the river bank.

There was an issue with bedding not fully provided for my family of three, despite noting we had booked for three, on arrival there were only beds for two. The friendly onsite reception/management resolved it promptly, however the fold-out bed provided was not very comfortable.

We were impressed by how attractive and well-appointed the room was. It had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. We liked that it was located just a short walk from the cinema complex, gelato bar and supermarket.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and there were no microwave cooking containers. We also had a hard time working out how to use the LED press-button controls on the stove- a little instruction sheet would've been helpful.

Central location close to town centre and shopping, modern new room, large TV, comfortable king bed, modern and spacious bathroom, outstanding water pressure. Strong air conditioning. Wonderful kitchenette with cooktop, fridge, sink and kettle & toaster. Extra pillows and warm blanket came in handy. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as always. Check in and out seemless. Great value for money.

Really comfortable

No channel 7 on the afl grand final day!!! We were absolutely devastated to have to watch on our phones. To find out later that other guests had the channel was even worse as it just meant our room didn’t 😞
