The room was spotless & well appointed. Good information is provided within the room regarding the services available on the site & in the local area. The bed was very comfortable. Car parking was convenient.

Another pillow each, on the bed, would give options for those accustomed to a higher sleeping position. Similarly for chairs, there was only one chair provided which means at least one person needs to sit on the bed as the television is at the foot of the bed. The fact that the room is compact may be the reason for only one chair but perhaps a folding chair would provide an option.

The room was set up very tidy. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless and we were provided with shower caps, soap, body wash, shampoo etc and I loved that. The towels were fresh and clean. It felt very homely and secure. I didn't smoke at the facility but I loved the outside smoking area. It was a beautiful area in the centre of the carpark and I loved the flowers around it.

We only stayed for one night, a stay less than 24hrs and it was $400. I assume it would be cheaper if we stayed for a few more nights which I understand. It was booked a few weeks in advance and was also booked on the same weekend as a local festival so I do understand the pricing. I was happy to pay because of this reason.

Lovely, clean, comfortable & quiet space. My elderly mother, myself and brother shared the family room with 3 separate beds. Great facilities for what we required. Dinning room, restaurant was great and a cafe that opens at 6am on the premises. Very pleasant stay.

Room was serviced daily and beds remade and room tidied. Was very convenient and had a great table and chairs in the car park to sit and chat with friends or enjoy an afternoon debrief and beverage. The room service was fantastic, very fast and delicious from restaurant.

Room was very clean. Location was great for me as I had family business about three blocks away. Bed was quite comfortable. I liked the food that I ordered for dinner and was grateful (in the bad weather) that I could order a hot meal and have it as room service.

Some water escaped from the base of the shower onto other parts of the bathroom floor and I was aware of it and used toweling to dry the areas used for walking on. Perhaps a bit of a slipping concern for older visitors? But okay if you are aware of it.

The room was clean and well presented. It smaller than I expected but it was lovely. The cupboard the fridge was in was hard to open, especially for someone with arthritis, but we got there.

Our parking space or what we thought was our parking space, was taken by the time we got back in the night and we couldn’t park directly outside our room, but we got a park, so we should not complain about that.

Nice white fluffy towels. Plenty of guest necessities in the bathroom. Great room for the three of us. Very comfortable and clean, plenty of room. Very friendly front office staff.

Not particularly fond of shower curtains but it was clean and served it’s purpose.

Nice friendly staff. Close to where we were going. Good breakfast in the morning.

The heating system and remote control was difficult to understand. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. The room was a bit small for a family of 4 but serviceable.

this time I couldn’t work out how to watch the tv so normally my daughter and I check in at 8.30pm and watch Netflix but this time the tv wasn’t connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch tv which was disappointing

Good location. We came up from Sydney for a function at Paterson, so not too far. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and was able to park the car right at the door.

Husband said hot water took a while to come through when he had a shower.
