During my 7-day stay at the facility, I noticed that the coffee and tea supplies were not replenished, and there was no indication of when the room would be cleaned or when towels would be changed. However, I must commend the cleaning lady for her assistance on the day I approached her. It would be beneficial if the apartahotel provided information in the rooms regarding the cleaning schedule and the availability of replacement tea, coffee, and towels. This would help guests plan their stay more effectively. I suggest implementing these improvements for a better guest experience.

The spacious two bedroom apartment was a fantastic layout for privacy, lots of room. Easily accessible with contactless check-in. Close to everything we needed.

Utilising the tv as a smart TV was tricky (downloading chrome cast), connection was intermittent, we ended up borrowing a friends Telstra TV box to watch the shows/ movies we wanted particularly on the apps that weren’t available (Binge). Shower floor - farther section from water drainage was a tad mouldy and slippery. The rest of the apartment was very clean.

Good quality, clean, secure apartments in a regional location. Walking distance to the Main Street of East Maitland, short drive to Maitland and larger shopping centers. Good access to the Hunter Valley wine region. Communication with the staff was very easy and they were very accommodating. Would recommend staying here.

Traveling with children it would have been nice to have an oven in the apartment. Also, when the apartment is operating as a dual key/two bedroom apartment the ability to disable the foyer light between the two rooms. Minor points only and easily worked around..

Accessibility - easily accessible garage, rooms easy to access with code. Location - located near a train station to Newcastle, Maitland & Upper Hunter, short walk to IGA & cafes, Windsor Castle across the road which is great for meals. Apartments were very spacious, set out well with excellent facilities . Extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. Apartments were very quiet.

Studio apartment had a disability accessible bathroom but there was no low bench/area for clothes. The hook would be too high for wheelchair users. While not advertised as a disability apartment a few things could be changed to give better accessibility- the bed having wheels that lock so it doesn't move, crockery & glassware being in lower cupboards.

WE had xray appointments with Alto Imaging just accross the road so the location was great. The apartments were roomy and wonderfully clean. Thank you very much for the disabled park you made available for us. also the apartment being so close to the lift was great. Both My Husband and I are in our eighties and we were very happy with all that was provided for us. Our Daughter who was travelling with us was thrilled to have her own apartment next door to us too. All was great no negative comments.

Modern apartment in good location, Room was clean, large and airey, large bathroom with walk in shower. Entry to the premises was via code at garage entry, garage exit to lift, entry to foyer outside room and room entry. Enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Communication from owners for gaining entry. We were to receive check in details prior to arrival, however nothing received by 4, and had arrived at property. Rang the contact number, however it transpires that as I had not given an Australian mobile number no text was sent, if dealing with overseas visitors, a check should be made to confirm contact information, if this happens an email or message via the booking web site should be sent as secondary contact. Having said that, we were sorted out quickly by the owners.

The apartment is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, large screen TV, good size dining table, comfortable king size bed in separate bedroom, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine (yay!). Secure parking underneath building was so convenient. Reception staff very friendly and very helpful - we had an issue with TV and staff member came up to sort it. Proximity to Newcastle a bonus for us as we were visiting friends there.

Decor in living spaces a little stark - some colour on the walls would be great.

Large space in the one bedroom apartment, with large lounge and dining area, well set up kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans etc, and a 2 burner stove and microwave if you want to cook. Full size fridge. Washing machine and Dryer. Plush, comfy bed. Ducted air keeps the room a nice temp, but there are also 2 split a/c systems if you want extra cooling or warmth. Nice hot water and good pressure in the shower. Entry works so easily with an entry code sent in SMS which gives you access to undercover parking, building and room. Very well set up apartment complex, and great value for the price. Supermarket, bakery, cafes etc around the corner and pub across the road. Quiet area of an evening. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

I would have liked a couple more coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine.

The remote check in process and getting to our rooms was very simple thanks to great communication from the host. The apartments were very clean, modern and had all of the amenities that you will need. Location was great with an easy ride to Bimbadgen Winery when we went to see Crowded House on Saturday 12th November.

The only negative which could be just personal preference is the bed was firm and the pillows were uncomfortable but other than that everything else was great.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything that was required for our stay, although an oven would have been good. Good location for our needs, with shopping complex only a 5-minute drive away, but there were shops within walking distance.

There were no drawers in the bedroom and the shelf in the wardrobe was too high for me to reach, so had to live out of my suitcase.
