Stayed in a King Room. Very large comfy bed. The size of the room was great for an extended stay. The room was equipped with a toaster and kettle and a good supply of various coffee and teas. I liked the security of closed gates accessible only by swiping your room key. Only a short walk to Woolworths, Aldi, Bakers Delight and takeaways. There also appeared to be staged renovations in progress which didn't affect our stay. There where also a number of EV Chargers on site.

We had a recently renovated room with everything you could need. Comfy beds and pillows, generous selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits/milk, lovely big TV, and rainforest shower. Location was excellent. Only a few minutes drive to Main Street. And directly across the road was a shopping centre with Aldi and Woolworths supermarkets. The gentleman at reception was super cheerful, friendly and informative.

Very minor feedback, the only thing that was needed was a soap holder for the bathroom basin. The bathroom was brand new, but there was nowhere to put the soap other than leave it in the sink or leave it on the vanity directly. Not really a problem, we just felt bad doing so.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, heater worked beautifully & shower pressure was great 👍 I loved the property being gated as it adds an extra sense of security while your in an unknown area. Staff were absolutely lovely!! Exceptionally warm & welcoming!

We unfortunately had neighbours that were up until 4am in morning letting their door slam shut regularly, you couldn't hear them talking or anything from their room just their door opening and closing loudly. But that's no fault of management or staff.

The motel is on the main road but set well back. Our room was towards the back of the property and we did not hear any noise. The room was quite spacious and it had lots of storage space to be able to unpack. There was also a large desk with a very good office chair. This was very useful as my husband unexpectedly had to do fair bit of work over the weekend.

Our room was serviced the first day we were there but our bins were not emptied. The next day (Sunday) there was a knock at the door at about 9.20am. We had just got up so I told the cleaner that we would not be ready for the room to be cleaned for about an hour. She asked if we needed anything, which we didn't. We went out after 10 am and returned about 4pm. To our surprise the room had not been serviced. The rubbish in our bins from Friday afternoon was still in our room. The toilet paper provided is the thinnest I have used.

A secure venue with onsite parking and key access. Very spacious room, beds were comfortable and there was sufficient storage room as well as well as complimentary amenities. Very pleased with our last 'minute booking. Staff at front desk were wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. Price was perfect.

I gave this the ratings that I did because the staff are excellent and it's very convenient and PET friendly. There is a fenced yard for the pets and a verandah to sit on. The room isn't the most elegant but we weren't looking for that. We needed somewhere to stay with pets. We are repeat visitors and they are always the first place that we call.

The fridge needs to be secured. Apart from that, the accommodation suited our requirements perfectly. We needed a pet friendly room in close proximity.

The room was a large size. Table and 2 chairs and an extra sitting area, and still heaps of room. Room was a good size and the bathroom sink made it easyto fill the jug and wash up. Bed was a little soft for me but my partner loved it.

Only complaint from me would be a firmer bed, but I’m fussy. 😂

The family room had a newly renovated modern bathroom with walk-in shower. There were 2 single beds for the kids and a queen for us. Beds were comfortable. Fresh linen on beds, good tv. Biscuits and milk for a cuppa were a nice touch after a long drive. Walking distance to shops and fast food outlets.

well maintained property and room. The room was clean. The sheet were clean and bed was comfy. The aircon worked very well. Thoughtful touches of biscuits, tea, hot chocholate. 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Was easy to checkin after hours via a self check in kiosk. Perfect place to stay if you need somewher comfortbale to sleep

Good air conditioner, clean room, they brought breakfast items for us the night before and put in the fridge, secure parking. There was a super quick and easy check in with a vending machine at reception giving you keys for contactless check in. Right across from the shopping centre

The numbering is weird, the room was 43 and we drove round up the numbers and couldn't see it after 42, and it turned out to be before Room 1! We found that out when we called to ask. Also the bathroom has a very high ledge on the bath, even at 6 foot tall it was hard to get in and out so it's not suitable for older people or small people. There was also no way to fully close off the bathroom from the air as part of the window was only a fly screen and no glass to cover.
