The room was spacious and suited my needs as I was travelling alone. There was easy access to the pool; through the back door of the room. Comfortable bed, lovely air-conditioning. The bathroom although dated met my needs with hot/cold running water and great water pressure in the shower. Staff were extremely friendly.

The door was a bit iffy when it came to locking it from the outside however locked fine from the inside with bonus security chains which were a blessing in my view. Other than an unknown knock on the door in the early hours of Saturday morning I never had any dramas.

The man at the front desk on check-in was lovely. Very friendly! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My son and I were in between homes and the Blue Pacific was our first choice to stay. I have stayed before and I really liked it. We loved the kitchen facilities downstairs too. Overall fantastic!!

The fact it was cold and rainy weather and I couldn't use the beautiful pool. Next time!!! There was one thing...the car park has huge potholes that need filling!

Friendly staff, very helpful. We had broken down and was offered assistance if we needed it, which was nice. Nice clean room, comfy bed. Clean room away from the road. Nice pool, wish I had time to swim in it!

Only negative was very loud music coming from pool area. I needed a rest after a very hot stressful day. In saying that, it was acceptable as it was daytime. 😊

The staff/manager was friendly, welcoming, lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was clean and everything worked well. The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to but we slept well.

The lighting in the room was a little dark for reading etc. Otherwise, everything was great.

Kitchen had everything we needed and pool was enjoyable

We were given 1 pillow each but we were able to receive extra pillows after asking and were given the option of thin or fluffy. Top floor is thin so can hear your neighbors.

We had a issue after we booked through booking.com, about arrival time. Once I contacted management and explained the situation, although it put him in a spot he sorted it out and we were able to stay with no more issues. We were very thankful for the managment's help.

the stairs only because of my injuries otherwise it was great. my son loved it he done some walking which he doesn't seem to like but enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach with his worker.

Friendly concierge, homely but very comfortable room . Good air conditioning. Convenient location for our coastal walk.

Bed had a soft spot near the foot of it- didn’t matter to me as low down, but would need replacement soonish.

Excellent location , friendly staff, close to shops Just a short walk over the bridge to a cafe . Didn’t hear the traffic from the road. We got a good nights sleep 😊

Staff were friendly and great to deal with. Room was perfect for what is needed for a nights accommodation. The rooms are a little dated, but it doesn't affect the overall stay.
