Warners at the Bay

Heaps of parking (which can get a little bit full when the pub is busy). The room was big, extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were amazing - they are friendly, efficient and helpful. The motel is next to the pub, that serves up delicious meals. Cleaners were great and did a great job making my kid feel special, with his teddy nicely placed when the beds were made. So glad we stumbled upon this place, will definitely be back.

My wife and I have till Retirment owned and managed motels and B&BS for about thirty years, this property is very good value. Lisa on arrival was most helpful, the cleaning staff are most helpful. And the food at the attached hotel prefect and good value, we will be Back, a must stay.

Only the hardest to please could find a problem

Really nicely renovated, stylish bedroom and bathroom. Nice toiletries. Clean and comfortable bed. Good value for money. We stayed here, as we were doing a skydive at Belmont, this is definitely the nicest place to stay around the area.

We had a room at the end of the block, which looked out onto a drain and rubbish area. We didn't have a balcony, glad I didn't pay the extra, as they all looked out onto the carpark. It's a very long way from the Bay, so the name is a bit misleading.

As we have stayed before, we noticed that rooms have been updated, good sized beds, clean, friendly staff, great location, all for a good price. Also, we didn't hear anything outside, even when it rained!

We had trouble getting parking when we returned in the evening, as the pub was very busy. We did notice 3 cars parking, with the occupants all patrons of the pub. Our family had another room there & arrived after us, so were unable to get a park, & after some time, were able to park there car in front of the pub, which was not ideal for a family of 4.

Room and everything in it was new. Good sized room and a brilliant new bathroom. Bed was huge and quite comfortable, huge TV screen. A brilliant place to stay and I would go back anytime. Staff were also friendly

Location is not great in that is directly behind the hotel owned by the same company. Parking was difficult find and the area seems to be mainly industral.

Great location, away from the street so no street noise either. staff were friendly and the property was very clean.

Noisy rooms - could hear the room next to us watching the Simpsons and could hear people in the hallway and foyer area chatting.

We stayed at the property as guests of the Bride and Groom who were holding their wedding nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed to get ready for the wedding and to return to after the event. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Located close to other amenities. Bistro was closed due to Covid regulations, but thats out of the venues control, but we hope to try their food and spend some time in the attached pub next time we stay.

The location is perfect especially for my ages group (early 20’s) with a great rate for nightly stay plus a bistro and bar right down the hallway and dullboys right next door it’s a gateway to a weekend of fun! My partner and I stayed here to travel out to the Hunter and enjoyed the local attractions and hotel facilities at night! Amazing!

Just the aircon not being properly adjusted but somehow my partner managed to sync the remote to the aircon. Staff did offer to help but we got it to work

Room was clean and comfortable and great size. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Motel was central to shops and takeway food/ Warners Bay foreshore etc.

One night people staying in the next room were very loud and noisy but a call to the bar out of hours had someone come to tell them to be quiet. Cpuld also hear TV in another room. Walls don't seem to sound proof.

Warners at the Bay. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was a lovely addition. The staff were all so friendly and approachable. We ate a meal in the pub attached and the menu had great choices. The food we ordered was delicious. Meals from here can also be ordered for room service. Our stay was great and I certainly will stay here again.
