new, modern, comfy, full size bath, very very clean, very good supplies provided including tea coffee and bathroom toiletries. super comfy beds, smart tv, free parking, on the beach, in house restaurant, room service (no extra charge), friendly helpful staff

only thing was, we learnt why some of the same size rooms had two different prices, the higher price room we assume faced the ocean, our room faced west onto the busy road... the double layered glass doors kept 100% of the noise out! but no other option for fresh air to come in. regardless, would stay again as it was good value, probably choose the ocean view room next time

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. The security keys were good, and you felt safe with 24hour staff at reception. Good parking underneath. Close to lovely restaurants and the beach.

Very expensive, our visit was over Christmas so expected the price to be higher but very pricey for our accommodation. We were visiting family for the Christmas season so chose to stay. The entrance is not inviting, as connected to hotel.

Loved leaving the car on the premises and being able to walk to the beach, to the Lagoon and around the shops. Absolutely loved the fact that we could have meals within the same premises along with flexible eating hours. The food was excellent with the only disappointment being there wasn’t a meal just with vegetables instead of chips ie steak and vegies. The background music was excellent, the live Saturday music was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Difficult….if anything it would be having a shower over the bath and shower tap, but not a deal breaker! Room doors are heavy and slam when closing making it noisy for other guests, again not a deal breaker.

The view and location was amazing, worth the extra money booking an ocean view room. The room size was excellent for a young family. Staff were friendly and the pub below was convenient for food. Double sets of doors ensured noise wasn’t heard from traffic or the pub, if shut.

Smoking is allowed on balconies and the pub below, so occasionally we had smoke smell in our room if we left the door open.

As always, the staff were delightful and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Also, thank you for the free drinks at the bar.

I think we were in the accessibility room, which I'm glad you have. There was a stool for the shampoo etc, but no vanity top. It was also a bit noisy, as it had an loud extractor fan or something in the bathroom. That said, we were pleased to see you have a room to accomodate people with mobility issues.

The location was great and close to everything we needed. The view from our room was beautiful, especially watching the sun come up over the ocean. The parking was easy and having a bistro downstairs was very convenient. The room was a good size and very comfortable. WiFi signal was strong.

We couldn’t order room service through the app as it kept saying there was an error and to try again later and it was pretty loud at night from the people at the bar underneath us.

Room and location. Complimentary drink. Also the convenient undercover parking was fantastic.

There was a bit of an issue with guests slamming doors in the middle of the night. Not sure what that was all about and when we ordered a bottle at the bar to have with our meal the price on the wine list was not up to date. Hopefully that has been addressed.

The beach location. Easy and plentiful parking. That we could eat on the premises. That we could meet a family group of people there. The balcony and room was lovely.

It was difficult to order room service, as no instructions on how to use the technology. If nitpicking, a wider selection of healthy meals on the menu would add to the experience.

clean and tidy premises. Bed and pillows very comfy. Bonus bathroom essentials. Convenience of restaurant hotel down stairs and access to beach over the road. Parking was easy. Meals were great at the hotel too.

That we had booked elsewhere at air bnb after this accommodation and it was a horrible experience. We should of stayed longer at Narrabeen sands hotel nightcap as we had far superior service and facilities and was a convenience location.

THE SUITE WAS MODERN, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. I LIKED THE PLACEMENT OF THE BED WHICH WAS CONDUCIVE TO A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. THE BATHROOM WAS LARGE AND WELL LIT AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND I LIKED HOW YOU COULD SIT ON THE COMFY SOFA AND WATCH TV WITHOUT STRETCHING YOUR NECK. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THERE AGAIN.

LOOK I HAD NO COMPLAINTS. OF COURSE IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE BEACH. BUT LUCKY THAT THE BEACH IS JUST OPPOSITE THE HOTEL.
