The room was very modernly decorated and clean. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were adequately provided and new. The fridge, oven and stove were high quality Fisher & Paykel products and very new. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. They take cleanliness very seriously as cleaning is performed almost every day of the week. The icing on the cake is it's superbly located at the heart of Chatswood and well-served being within few minutes' walking distance from Westfield, Chatswood Chase and a host of great restaurants.

Bed was too soft for our liking.

This property is conveniently close to a supermarket (probably 5 minutes by foot) . This property is also closely connected to a fair range of eateries in Chatswood - which although not as diverse as core Sydney (15 minutes by train) should satisfy most. Street markets close by at Victoria Ave (pedestrianised) on Fridays + weekends help food options.

Although well located, the property is still a max 5 to 10 minute walk to the station (partly sheltered , gentle uphill) - but you can navigate this by going through the mall and exiting at the far end at the pedestrianised zone. The property is still slightly soul-less (no attached bistro for a quick coffee etc) and feels very "structured" - and can be a little boring on a downday.

Great location in the heart of Chatswood. Quiet and clean apartment with necessary facilities for a short stay. Close to restaurants, shopping centres and public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to leave my luggage in storage when I checked out to travel to Melbourne and picked it up when I checked back in a week later. My son also enjoyed the gym facilities.

I stayed for 2 weeks in 2 different apartments a week at a time. The second apartment was significantly smaller compared to the first, bathroom was also much smaller (tub shower instead of stand-alone shower cubicle like the first apartment) and bedroom door could not be closed unless one of the beds was moved. The description of the unit and cost were identical on the website hence it wasn't possible to note the difference at time of booking.

Hands down this is the best place we have stayed in. Great location (right opposite Westfield) and close to cafes and restaurants so plenty of dining options. Rooms were clean and well equipped even to do your own cooking if you were so inclined. Also had washing machine and dryer. Very convenient transport wise as Chatswood station is nearby. Will definitely stay again if we were visiting Sydney again.

The room was a good size for a 1 bedroom, had all the facilities I needed. It was easy to access the free internet, which made it easy to do my task and quick. The whole apartment was clean and neat, well presented. The kitchenet had everything and well equipped, if you want to cook something or just have some snacks.

The apartment was all clean, expect in the shower there was mould on the tiles on the wall with the shower head, it had been missed when cleaned. The room was a little cold, but once I worked out the reverse cycle it warmed up the room quickly. They were no easy access power points next to the bed. It could have an extra warm blanket, as the bed only had a thin blanket which is good for summer.

The facilities were easy to use and clean. Bed was comfortable, entire place (and bathroom) was disability accessible. Staff were very nice, very friendly and very accomodating. The location is right near all the good shopping and food in Chatswood. It's also just a train ride into the city, so it's a nice place to stay without staying right in the city. Thank you! I had a great stay.

My ONLY complaint (everything else was good) was a strange noise under me whenever I tried to go to sleep late at night. It seemed to go all night some nights, other nights were more quiet. Once you get used to it, it's easy to sleep, or sometimes it would just stop.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Whenever we needed anything they sorted it out straight away. They never hesitated to assist. Thank you. The location was excellent, close to shops and transport. 👍

The room didn’t get cleaned when it was suggested it would be cleaned. There was one day we only got one clean towel. We were 3 adults, one had a sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable.

it’s location is fantastic, very convenient for dining and shopping. also close to train station. Our room was sunny and north facing with open view which was nice.

the air con had a tapping sound which affected my sleep. It would also be nice to have an oven in our room.

Good size roms, clean and comfy.

The 2 bedroom unit was joint by a foyer that has a main door to the outside. Thsi door cannot be locked. So if you're travelling with kids and need the rooms connected, you can't really do this. You'll have to lock the kids rooms and your (parent's ) room separately. We felt uneasy about that having young kids. When asked if the main door can be locked, so we could keep both internal adjoining doors open, the answer was no citing fire safety.

Full disability access from outside the building to the bedrooms. Bathroom was disabled friendly too. Kitchen area was useful. Location very close to Westfield and public transport.

The lighting in the room makes doing make up a bit difficult. Freezer for food doesn't keep food frozen, they slowly defrost.
