Fabulous location, with bus right outside the door; the bed was very comfortable, with lovely cotton sheets; the room was a good size and very clean; the bathroom with spacious with plenty of bench space, and a good shower with plentiful hot water. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack and although I didn't use the kitchen, the facilities were great. The room was a little "tired" in decor, but spotless. I personally appreciated the personal touch of having people at the reception desk and Donald and Paul were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Busses at doorstep to city, ferries,, Balmoral, Manly and Northern Beaches. Shopping, chemist, newsagent and bar on ground floor .Surrounded by restaurants to suit all tastes. Art Deco multi theatre movie complex across the road. Plenty of walks through quiet leafy streets to waterfronts. Excellent internal layout with kitchenette, and WiFi. Good Aircon and TV reception. Short term (2 hour) free parking with overnight at a cost or street parking a couple of hundred metres walk away. Washing machine and drier in bathroom. Andrew the front office manager a font of local knowledge , very helpful and obliging.. This is the second time I have stayed here for extended periods of time and would do so again. Highly recommended!

Nothing not to like

Great location not too far from Sydney City Centre, comfortable apartment with a whole host of amenities. Most convenient for me after staying in hotels previously was the washing facilities. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for a good nights sleep. Fast WiFi, bed side charging points, plenty of dining options around and the general area of the hotel itself was nice too. Reception is not 24/7 and if arriving late (I think after 19:00) let them know in advance so they can give you your code for the key locker, you can also phone them too. Would happily stay again if I was ever in Sydney To get here, I caught the Circular Quay to Cremorne Ferry (worth it for the views!) I don't remember exactly which ferry point but it was the one with the Subway on it. From there I caught Bus 225 from the ferry point to the top of Spofforth St, just outside of the hotel. If arriving from the airport there is a train that will take you straight to Circular Quay. Really not as complicated as I make it sound! 9/10 the bus is timed with the ferry and waits for disembarking passengers. Or it's around a 30 minute walk from the ferry point if you fancy it!

Very convenient and well priced. Quick bus to the city and shopping center right underneath the apartment. Was clean and tidy and had after hour check-in for us when arriving late after a long flight. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Beds were super comfortable!

There were small little inconveniences that could have made the room perfect- there was only one bed-side table by one side of the bed and not the other with was inconvenient, lacking places to hang towels, and dryer wasn't so great had to do a couple of cycles and then hang up the clothes for the night.

Location is excellent for public transport access to the city and Balmoral Beach, as well as northern beaches. Easy to find, with secure parking (at cost). Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and obviously put effort into the place and their customers. Nice small pub next door, and there's a supermarket, chemist, bakery etc on the ground floor of the building. Lots of eating places within easy walking distance.

Military Road can be a bit noisy, but okay for one night.

The staff at reception were amazing. So friendly and they gave me excellent recommendations for my time in the city. From walks, restaurants and directions to instructions on catching a bus back to the hotel. I have marked everything excellent so they know their time and energy made my trip. I apologise for not remembering names but it was the lady who checked me in yesterday afternoon and the man that checked me out this morning.

The remote control was very dusty, I didn't really like touching it. Everything else in the room seemed fine.

This accomodation exceeded my expectations! I booked it for some family members who were visiting and the staff were so helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure that my family were comfortable! I can’t praise the staff enough (especially you Donald!) They were fantastic- Thank you! The apartment itself was perfect, it had absolutely everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay and I’ll be recommending to everyone in future! The location is perfect with lots of cafes, shops and a bus stop to the city on the doorstep!

if I was being super critical, the whole hotel has an extremely chemically smelling airfreshiner or cleaning solution that was quite unpleasant to smell not enough affect the stay or whether we would stay there again, but if I was to change anything it would be the chemically flower smell in the hallways and the rooms

Loved the apartment style… everything at hand from self catering through to laundry. Comfy couch… great location… perfect for us! The staff were friendly, informative and had a sense of humour… made our interaction very pleasant. Having the small shopping centre below was great as well as being handy to lots of local restaurants and other things. Good for public transport ( bus) too. Great place to stay!

The location was absolutely prime, offering easy accessibility to various attractions. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the front desk was incredibly friendly. They assisted me in sending out a parcel, and their warm greetings made me feel a strong sense of belonging. Despite being so far from home, they made me feel right at home.
