The room was very clean it has a shower small bath.. plenty of tea and ☕️

I thought breakfast was included We had toast cereal coffee cost 22 per person

Location was central. Loved veing able to walk to the eating places and marketplace shopping centre for convenience. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel rooms are looking little weary..

Just an overnight stay for us and the room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable

Prescription staff were great, how we had a terrible experience in getting a coffee made from the cafe in the morning. Male ‘team leader Simon’ was rude, and reluctant to serve us as he was ‘meant to be checking in breakfast guests’. He got our coffee order wrong and it was like warm. We were made to feel like we were just making his morning more stressful. We had been told by the reception staff that getting a coffee that morning would be no problem….apparent or was a big problem for this staff member

Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size, although the bathroom was in need of an update but it served its purpose. Good location being quite central to everything so easy to walk or short Uber drive.

Some road and pedestrian noise from King Street but nothing too bad. They could have done with some more staff in the evening as we had to wait a while to get a drink in the bar area as they only had 2 staff members to attend to the restaurant and the bar.

The room was huge and clean, bed was massive, it felt very clean and safe. The bathroom had a bath. Staff had made my bed up on the second day. Reception staff were so lovely, accommodating and patient and that really helped when I’d had a bad week up to that point. Will definitely book again and try the buffet breakfast!

The room was right next to the lifts and I could hear them rolling open and closed every single time. It was hard to stay asleep due to the noise.

The room was very convenient to lots of things in the CBD making it easy to walk around. It was clean and comfortable and larger than what we thought looking at it on line

There was limited parking so we were not able to get a secure spot and had to park across the street under a shopping center. This wouldn’t be an issue but we arrived after a long day of driving and the center is closed from 10pm on once we parked the car we were basically only able to walk around trying to find late night food.

Ease of access, parking, knowledgeable, friendly and well presented staff. Breakfast Sunday morning was was excellent quality and the gentleman running the restaurant is a rare gem and exceptionally professional. The restaurant was overseen with efficiency and professional. The gentleman possibly wasn’t aware that I was disabled but assisted me with calling the lift when my hands were full. He was very busy but still took the time to go the extra distance to assist. This kind of service and enthusiasm is hard to find in any industry.

The air conditioner beside the bed in 423 was quite loud and may need an extensive service. Not a huge problem for me or my partner but a fussiest guest or someone with sleep conditions might make a bigger issue of it.

Great comfy bed, parking space, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The outside noise was bad, cars racing, bass music playing till early hours, coming from local pub/ neighbours. Could do with proper double glazing at this location. Also we missed the turn for the entrance driveway to hotel, as it’s near a corner, had to drive around the block again. better signs would help.

in the room there was cockroach and the swimming pool no was clean

Clean, friendly staff, big smiles answered our questions with ease and gave us options. Bedsxwete really comfortable and parking was easy.

When we arrived and went to our room at 2pm there was a dirty food tray on the floor just near the lift we nearly stepped on it. 6 hours later it was still there and we had to tell reception about it to get it removed.
