Very modern Breakfast buffet good & reasonably priced. Green - liked filtered water station & the fact it was cashless. Liked online checkin & no need to queue or talk to anyone.

Digital key relies on phone reception so not great in lifts. Not clear that 2 of bars/dining options closed Sunday & Monday. Vegetarian food available very sparse, really could make more of an effort than chips, green salad & falafel. Main restaurant had nothing vegetarian in main courses (even it had been open would've been no use). No pool. Couldn't use a pod in Ms. Mary's as was told all 3 booked out - saw only one party arrive in time we were there!

Stayed at the Crystalbrook Kingsley to celebrate my sisters birthday for the weekend. Lovely touch with a drink voucher in our room on arrival. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Beautiful clean, comfortable rooms with stylish interior design/great bathroom and luxury shower products. Easy use of valet service to park car. Great location to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Amazing bar on the rooftop with great views and ambience that we enjoyed a few pre-dinner drinks at. Wish we had stayed longer! Would definitely stay here again

Would have loved a gym/pool/spa as additional facilities to this already great hotel

The bed was SO comfy. Loved the Rohmberg (wow) for brekkie. Brekkie was great but a little overpriced in our opinion. Staff called to say our room was ready for check-in early which was fantastic service. Loved the water stations and water bottles. Loved the coathangers and robes - very nice touch. Hotel was very clean and smelled fresh, not fake "chemical" perfume smell. Loved the "eco" aspect. Air con very comfy. View from 809 was wonderful, thank you! All staff friendly and helpful. Great location to Blanc de Blanc and Darby St. Overall we loved everything about our stay. Will recommend to friends. (I think Id come back just for the bed and pillows - good selection of high and low).

Brekkie was a tad overpriced however in saying that we were gobsmacked at the location, the decor and even the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Would have liked an extra blanket in room but Im sure I could get one from reception if I needed to. Parking was a little pricey.

Being able to check in virtually and have a virtual key made arriving and getting to the room super easy and quick. The virtual app was fantastic for room services and other information also. The attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, very clean and tidy.

Check out. There was a queue at check out and not only were the receptionists checking the lines of people out but also having to collect guests cars and drive them around. We waited a good 20 minutes plus after checking out to get our car. For a 5 star hotel I would presume there would be bell boys or someone who helps with luggage and fetching cars.

$50 for parking per night is far to much

This is very close to the Civic Theatre where we had a show booked. Very convenient. Valet parking Is available for additional charge. Room service breakfast was very good. The Crystalbrook app is your go to for ordering room service, reception services, pillows, restaurant bookings etc. Or you can do old school by phone. Cashless hotel (cash has thousands of germs on it apparently) and they don't charge a fee for credit card use. Very green focussed. Wood electronic room keys, coat hangers that are recycled from greeting cards (quite robust things too). Overall a very lovely place to stay.

Everything was quite lovely. I really cannot think of a negative. They even have chilled water stations in the hallways on each floor.

Beautiful hotel with great modern features. Great facilities and friendly staff. I loved everything about the room! Very comfortable bed and a very inviting space.

The rooms weren't overly soundproof, so we could hear people standing in the halls having very loud conversations between 3am-4am coming back from a night out. We wanted to eat at the resturant however it was fully booked, and we were not made aware that we could have had dinner at Ms Marys downstairs.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were great, the restaurants were great too with a lot of vibe!!!

The breakfast and parking werent included and at the extra cost weren't worth the money. The breakfast doesn't even open until 7am and for some who need to eat ealier its not convenient. There isn't even a restaurant open on a sunday night other than the cafe??? For valet parking at $50 a day and you can't even get your car in the only 4 spaces available to park for valet at the front of the property as it was always full and then there is no where else to go with your car then you have to phone them and wait for them by the underground parking area.

Location was amazing

Confusion about valet parking- line up of 3 cars with no staff member- went back into hotel (left hubby in car) - had to join line of people checking in/ out Also, had booked room with my credit card, days previously. When checking in, staff requested to view bank card that was used for booking. I showed my digital bank card but I was asked for original card which I did not have. I then had to use my husband’s physical card (which was a different number) which confused the staff…. We had to start the whole transaction over. Otherwise , a lovely hotel, great staff and I will be back- next time , I will bring my original bank card !!

I love the smell of the place, you can feel it as soon as you enter the building. I like the decoration and most of the staff smile when they greet you. The room is nice, and I like the colour scheme. I am actually a frequent customer of this hotel, the restaurant and the coffee shop too. :)

I was sent an email/ message prior to my stay asking me to download an app. I did that, and I put all my information in it. When I got to the hotel, the Receptionist, not really friendly, ignored me when I was trying to show her the app with my details. What is the point of downloading the app if that is going to be ignored completely?
