It was a great location for our stay. Reception staff were friendly and of great assistance. Housekeeping staff were also friendly and showed attention to detail with their responsibilities; the room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. For the first time ever that I have encountered, the property has a guest laundry. More properties should have a guest laundry.

Nothing really to not like. Like I always say, if you are fussy about your pillow, take your own. The bed was a bit soft for me but was still very sleepable.

Hot shower, large warm room and comfortable bed were very appreciated. The location was convenient being about 10 minutes brisk walk from Richmond railway station. This is my third stay at the property and I'm glad I decided to book there again.

In room 1 bright security lights in yard shone onto bed so I put something against the curtain bottom to block the light. Corner tea making area is quite dark, suggest a plug in light in that area. Otherwise no issues.

Room contained what I needed for the stay a comfortable bed, a shower, a kettle, a tv and peace and quietness, while I awaited for my furnisher to arrive at my NSW home from Victoria. Also the staff were brilliant on my arrival and made me most welcome. Thanks to all.

The motel is on the edge of colonial Richmond, an easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Our room and bathroom were clean, very spacious and comfortable, with many amenities including a widescreen TV. The check in was quick and easy. The wifi worked well.

There was no face flannel. The spacious room would have been more comfortable with an armchair or two.

Comfortable bed in a quiet room near the back of the property meant restful nights. Ground floor made it easy for 2 older visitors to move in and out too, thanks for offering that option. Nearby shops and restaurants made sourcing tasty meals easy.

Another double power point would have been more convenient to charge 2 phones plus my laptop in the main room but in the end the bathroom worked OK for the phones. Next time might put a power board in my travel case.

Check in was great ,very pleasant staff . Rooms spotless. Couldn't ask for more 😃 There was no toaster, so the very nice lady from reception got us one immediately. The reason they removed them from the rooms ... people steal them ! Beds very comfy and warm .

The room suited my needs well for a stopover in Richmond. Bed was comfortable with white, crisp sheets. Catered for my late check-in without any fuss. That was greatly appreciated.

Carpet looks like it needs a steam clean but overall it was reasonably clean. Would've liked a face washer. I arrived late and it wasn't convenient to ask staff for one.

The size of the bed was great and the room was a great size. The room was clean and well presented.

The shower head was really high as I am a shorty, it would have been good to be able to lowers the shower head. When the room beside us had a shower very late at night the noise of the water and it was like there was a air bubble in the pipe that every time it was turned off the pipe would bang in the wall.

Quick and easy to check in by a very friendly lady. Our room was upstairs at the front and, although we occasionally heard some trucks / traffic while we were awake, the superking bed was so comfy and dreamy that we didn't hear a thing or get disturbed all night. Everything was clean, good coffee and tea facilities, small fridge-freezer, bathroom was super clean, good hot shower. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room was sufficient for my young daughter and myself. The kitchen facilities were perfect for porridge and tea in the morning. The bathroom was clean and my daughter loved the shower. The bed was comfortable and the heater was important for the cold night.

There was no continental breakfast provided but I understand it was due to Covid precautions. Thankfully, the motel was conveniently close to the shops to buy food.
