The room has a great country feel. The rain shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable plenty of towels and bedding supplied and the rooms are attached to the back of the pub which had great value good quality food. The staff were very friendly and it is close to public transport. I expected a lot of noise given the beer garden was right outside my room and the pub is open till 3 am. However, at 11pm it got very quiet and I was impressed with how staff managed some of the noisier patrons especially because it was a Friday night.

The car park is used by patrons and staff as well as people staying at the inn so at 3am there was some noise as people left.

It was a really lovely place to stay, great location and close to the place we needed to attend a conference The rooms where are very comfortable. Newly renovated, very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable had a great sleep, I liked that they have different pillows to choose from soft to firm and the shower 🚿 was so good. Lots of tea and coffee in the room. I had some of my employees stay in the next room and they where also very happy with there room and beds also. We went to the bistro for dinner, the bar staff have good customer service. The chef was absolutley fantastic and so accommodating and friendly one of my staff members was on a medical dietary requirement and he was so nice and accommodating to her needs. I loved how he interacts with his customers and the locals. The food was amazing and fantastic and fried apple pie was so Thanks for a great stay, it was a beautiful stay! Would recommend to stay if you have a stop overnight trip.

Out stay at the Richmond Inn was absolutely amazing and the staff were nothing but helpful through the entire process. As we were coming down for a funeral, the booking was very last minute and we were unfortunately going to arrive a bit later than check in times. The staff were very understanding and helped us tremendously through this and went above and beyond to make sure we got into our room safely. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, the rain shower was just what we needed after a long day of travel, and the bed was very comfortable. Having just been renovated, the room was extremely clean and tidy!

The only slight downside to staying here was the close proximity to the road. There was a bit of traffic noises at night, and where as I slept soundly through it- my partner was woken a few times during our stay. Even so, if we ever needed to come back through town, we would definitely be staying here again.

The room was a good size and very new and modern all facilities worked well and everything was so clean. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great pressure. The Richmond Inn is a great pub with yummy food and located right in the heart of Richmond.

The only things we could fault was the lack of parking if u get there late in the day as there are no allocated spots for the accommodation so we had to park down the street on our second night. A full length mirror would have been a bonus and obviously rooms behind a very busy popular pub are not going to be quiet but we had no trouble sleeping through the noise.

The room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. It was very nicely renovated. The theme was fun . We will definitely stay again. It was so close to Richmond train station. There were lots of places you could walk to for food and shopping.

We new it was a pub situation so we were expecting some noise . Yes you could here music but I actually didn't mind . But if your expecting a quiet place probably don't choose this accommodation.

The Richmond Inn is only a short walk away from the train station and shops. It has been recently renovated with comfortable good sized rooms, an excellent shower, and a pub that offers a good assortment of food and entertainment to suit most people.

The only issue i had was i stayed the one night that had the early morning bin empty that woke me up.

My room was perfect very clean and very comfortable The location is perfect and I will be staying there again when ever i travel the biggest win for the Richmond INN was the staff the 2 girls working on the Tuesday night that i was there where amazing friendly helpful and always with a smile on there face great to get that level of customer service

Comfy room,bed really hot due to waterproof cover sewn into mattress,lovely comfortable chairs to sit in ,best shower six weeks on the road the room was beautiful

Being told the night before that the hotel restaurant and bar would be closed ,couldn't cancel and they took our money ,went inside before we left and it looked very nice .Only a kettle in room no toaster or microwave .

Location was fantastic with a short stroll to shops, dining and the train station. The beds were comfortable and the large wooden bench top was very handy as was the large walk-in shower.

It was very noisy on the morning we stayed as the rubbish bins were being emptied....a minor inconvenience overall

The place was amazing. The new renovations are wonderful. Staff were super friendly from phone call bookings right through the stay. The atmosphere is casual friendly and inviting. I have a cleaning business and am scrupulous in the cleanliness levels of anywhere I pay to lay my head and check areas most others wouldn't. It's immaculate. I was so impressed. Highly recommend Richmond Inn.
