The delux queen room was much larger than usual in motels with a lounge and breakfast table with two chairs along with a queen bed, yet still feeling spacious. The bathroom area was similarly spacious and well appointed. The facility was excellent.

The supplied electric jug wasn't functioning but was immediately replaced when reception was notified. The bathroom exhaust fan may not have been working (we couldn't hear or feel it yet there was no steam mist in the room while showering). The bistro in the attached hotel was closed for renovations.

Newly renovated bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. New furniture. Bedside lamps and tables. Powerful shower with hand held nozzle. Air-conditioning. Ground floor - park right outside.

The carpet was clean but needed replacing due to stains. Road noise is loud when noisy bikes go past. Other buildings on the property quieter probably. Next to bottle shop. Needs a microwave. Great value for money though.

Ample parking, good sized room, all the basic amenities in room were provided, comfortable beds, clean and good sized bathroom, tavern next door for meals, very helpful and friendly staff, great value for price.

Signage to reception on approach into the car park from Sydney city could be better so that it is easy to locate the reception office upon arrival.

Comfortable rooms did have a toaster and microwave which was a bonus! Situated at the Hotel where you could access the restaurant which had lovely meals! Newly updated bathroom very fresh! Staff helpful and innynr ball!

Downside no internet and in this day and age they should be a given!

Professional and friendly service. I made some errors when I booked (ie I nominated 3am rather than 3pm as my arrival time) and the staff took the time to call me and clarify. They were accommodating and courteous at all times. The bed was super comfortable and our room was much larger than we expected from the pictures.

Nothing really. The view was terrible but they can't do anything about electricity pylons.

Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property but being in the building facing the road, there was a lot of road noise as well as roadworks and construction on the property which was very noisy and limited my sleep

I didn't have anything to eat this time, so can't comment on the food during my stay. Overall very happy with comfort, and location.

The carpet was a bit sticky in a small section near the single bed. Not enough milk provided. No tissues supplied this time.

Basic but great room for what we needed. Clean and ample size for our one night stay. Did not hear any noise from pub patrons at all. Great shower ! Lots of parking at door. Very friendly reception staff.

Dinner plates and cutlery were provided but a microwave would have been handy.

It’s very easy to find Not badly prices We go to Sydney all the time and we always stay here It’s the only motel we will start at Only issues we did have this time u done a booking On here and I was told it was cheaper to book with them but this trip we can only book one night and it cost us more booking in person than the net

the set up with access to the amazing bistro and the games out the back for the kids

I am not as young as I like and would have preferred a ground floor room as the stairs are a bit dangerous in the wet weather, also as much as the management don’t want you to cook in the room, they really need a microwave in the rooms especially, I had a lovely meal I. the bistro but had to take some back to the room but could not reheat it so it was wasted, also some guest needed to warm a bottle for there child and had to go to the service station across the road.
