Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ment parents didn’t have to be super quiet or go to bed at the same time as kids. Parents can talk, laugh and enjoy their holiday too

There was 1 pillow that was too hard for anyone to sleep on but we weren’t really around much during reception opening and when we were, we were swimming and being preoccupied until bed time. Also being so close to other cabins was a bit of a shame as you could hear every sound , you could hear the others walking around their cabin like it was in our cabin. And our neighbours weren’t the quietest staying up talking on the deck (right next to parents room/window) until 10:45pm but that’s not really ingenia’s fault

pool closed too early, after a hot day at a sports event getting back late played havoc for us and the sports teams. We didn't like the fact a male patron was seen videoing our girls playing and swimming in the pool, and another male patron passing derogatory comments to our girls returning from the pool.

It was a pleasant find and very near our house. We spent one afternoon and decided to book it for one night and see how it was. It is very simple but still very nice. All the kids needed, a pool, a hot spa on the side with warm water and bubbles, a cozy cabin, bbq spots and an area to ride bikes.

The gaming area closes too early… so after pool and games are closed, the only thing we could do was to stay in our cabin. Luckily we brought Monopoly and music.

The pool/spa, jumping mat, BBQ, room, games room, staff. When you find a place that keeps the kids busy when it rains....that's a winner for me!!!!

Nothing to do with the resort but there is a property next to the bbq area and the lady has dogs, the dogs came down and the white one was aggressive and constantly barked and my husband went to talk to the dog owner and moved forward and the white dog launched at him and bit him on the finger. There should be a sign to say the dog is aggressive and the barking was annoying.

It was so clean and modern. It had everything we needed. The park was well looked after and well run. The staff were very accommodating, especially as there was a bit of a mix up with our booking.

The heating/cooling was in the bedroom, it would be better in the living area. When booking online a cabin that accommodates pets, it needs to be very clear that you still have to call the caravan park to ask for a pet cabin. Or the the website should have the capacity to book a pet cabin. It’s a bit ambiguous at the moment.

Great pool and facilities for the kids. Very helpful and responsive staff. Aircon was awesome. Studio had a nice little deck with a BBQ, small fridge, microwave and sink and the basics like bowls, cuttlery, bbq tools and cups. Two studios with the connected deck would be great for a larger family or I'd recommend the bigger cabins as these looked great. But the studios accommodated a family of 4 cosily and were great value for money.

Bathroom could do with a little refresh and better shower drainage as the floor could get a little wet. It would be handy to have mini clothes lines between each cabin.

Queen bed very comfortable. Washing machine handy. Kitchen facilities good. Cabin was clean. Swimming and play facilities were great. Shops were only 5 minutes away by car.

One Bunk bed mattress was popping up springs everywhere.... Totally unusable. Air conditioner was only adequate on moderately warm day. Wouldn't cool cabin on hot day. Lounge was dirty and seats sunk in.

The Glamping tent was very Clean and Beautiful with its great countryside view from the front Deck over the water, and Clean and an Exceptional Bathroom with doulble large Shower at one end and a Deep Modern Bath at the other complimented with modern decorations The Whole Park is a credit to all the Staff and Management well done. Not a Thing

Spacious cabin in a nice location away from the “busyness” of Sydney. Easy to get to, boomgate access for a car and had our own driveway to park in.

I’ve tried to think of a negative.. maybe that only one roll of toilet paper is complimentary then you have to buy more.. though that didn’t affect our stay in any way, and Aldi and other stores are about a 5 minute drive away, as well as a few thing’s available to purchase at the resort office.

Great location and close to where we needed to be. It was great having the jumping pillow and mini playground there for our boys.

The cabin was nice however because it was winter, it was really cold inside and unfortunately the air conditioner couldn't keep the cabin warm enough through the night. It would have been perfect if a few more blankets had been provided.
