When I booked the hotel the past reviews were not so great however I booked as I thought the location was good. I am glad I did as the location was really good, as Kings Cross Station is only 400m away and its only 2 stops to Darling Harbour where I wanted to be for the conference I came for. Even uber was super easy to take and the airport was only 15 mins drive. The staff was really good and always helpful. I got a spacious room with a view of the Sydney Harbor Bridge! what more can you ask for as it was during Vivid Sydney. The room had a queen size bed with clean sheets and 4 pillows, a mini fridge, hair drier, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and TV. Bathroom size was ok for me as it was indeed value for money and good flow of water with hot water. They changed sheets/towels daily and so I indicated not to as I do think of the environment. Air con and heater both worked and wifi was good. I also met a couple staying at the hotel who said they have come here multiple times. Would recommend the place as it totally worth for money. Hotel is super responsive so do message them if you have questions. Use the Premier Lane entrance especially if you are coming with large bags. Thank you for the hospitality and if I come to Sydney again I sure will stay here.

Great location, easy walking access to the city. Nice and clean, in a room with two children. Friendly staff

Unfortunately no air conditioning, and windows that dont open made it quite warm during the day, and also bathroom was quite dated and small, although clean, when shower used, it wet the whole room.

We were happy that the bed frame of the bunkbeds was heavy and solid and not creaky at all. Though the room was smaller, the amenities were adequate; iron, hair dryer and kettle were provided, together with a mini fridge. The staff was kind to allow us to use their microwave oven to heat up food. Best is the location. Within walking distance to Australian Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, Hyde Park, Town Hall etc and close to Kings Cross station.

Would have rated comfort level of the beds higher but our daughters who used the bunkbeds felt that the mattresses were 'lumpy', they could feel the springs so they were uncomfortable. The airconditioning worked well enough. Needs cleaning though.

Location was convenient and close to public transport. Location is close to the Domain. Location is close to a lot of different food options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient vending machine located near the elevator. Great price for such a central location. Despite being on a loud, busy street, the hotel room was quiet.

Bathroom was very small and difficult to get around - not accessible at all for a person in a wheelchair. A little bit difficult to get Ubers to and from the venue - Uber drivers have difficulty finding it and a place to park. No windows to open in the room.

The staff were amazing with the way they ran the place - I got in at 6am and they were able to accommodate that and allowed me up into my room early. They also were accommodating when leaving with the checkout time. I found that the cleaners did a great job of tidying up the apartments. Bonus - the beds were quite comfortable

Room was smaller than i am use to. The room I was in had some cracked tiles on the wall in the bathroom. It was totally fine and did not affect my trip or my room.

A good location with easy access. The check in and out process was very quick. Arrived a few hours earlier than expected and was allowed to check in immediately. Room was clean as was bathroom.

Its not a major flaw, but the blanket is sandwiched between two sheet type things but not enclosed like a normal duvet cover. Was a little uncomfortable at times until you just got rid of them. The bathroom was a little compact and the shower was slightly low down for someone tall.

Air conditioning! Seriously, so many hotels in Sydney have bad or faulty aircon, esp during the warmer months, so much so that we carry a small fan in our luggage in case we need it. But the aircon here was fantastic. Kept the room nice and chilled even during some hot and muggy weather. Also, we were right next to Kings Cross station and there's a ton of great restaurants a short walk away on Victoria st

The shower needs a curtain or screen. The entire bathroom gets drenched when the shower is on. Beds could also use an extra pillow.

The location is really handy for Kings Cross, with Kings Cross station being very close by. It isn't very far from St James Station either. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with a private bathroom, mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Noise wasn't too much of an issue. the bed was nice, and checking in was very easy.

The view out the window was a wall, a lane way down below so curtains were kept closed all the time. The shower isn't enclosed, so water goes everywhere. The huge shower head is amazing, but water goes everywhere, so you have to be mindful of how you position yourself, etc.

Access was good, and staff were helpful in ensuring I could get back in through the accessible entrance after-hours. The room had heaps of space, was easy to set up my wheelchair charger and lots of open area to maneuver. The view from the access room was pretty good as well which was a nice bonus.

Hot water seemed to be a little low in temp for the shower, but may have also been peak shower times. The room was close to the lifts which meant morning check outs were a bit noisy, but these are such minor things compared to the things that went well with the access.

Great location that can enjoy strolling when traveling with free and easy agenda. Definitely will recommend to friends who plan to visit Sydney to stay at this place. Or if I return to Sydney again, I will also go back to this hotel. Staff are very approachable and friendly. They gave me a room with a nice view ( view of Harbor Bridge and Sydney Opera Hoouse)

The bathroom doesn't have a partition, so when showing the toilet area gets wet. The room is dusty , probably when the maids do the cleaning they didn't open window to circulate the air as the window is locked.
