First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Decor is trendy but a little dated. Bathroom space is tight. Nice body wash/shampoo/conditioner.

Breakfast options were very average and expensive. Not impressed. Same goes for the mini bar. Overpriced 'old school' model, especially with Coles next door. Parking is wonky. There are literally six parking spaces for the entire hotel. Parking garage is extremely tight for anything other than a small car.

Great location for kings cross and train station ,comfortable bed, nice big room , air conditioning is good , good shower plenty of hot water, staff on front desk were excellent when they were there , access to gym next door which had fabulous equipment to use cardio and resistance, I've stayed here last year so I was aware of what to expect

Room and hotel in general could do with redecoration looking a bit tired, some stains on the carpet, room wasn't hoovered everyday as bits on floor were left , front desk not always as staff available, I stayed here last Christmas visiting family but no change in facilities or redecoration, rather expensive considering its location

We had a harbour view room, and the view was expansive from the CBD to harbour entrance. Contemporary decor with an unusual layout - but everything is there. Bathroom is frosted glass toilet & shower room cubicles. Island unit doubles up as basin & sink, bar fridge under. There's bench space for 2 suitcases. The ironing board is in a drawer. Bed & pillows are soft. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. There's free access to Anytime Fitness next door, separate key from reception. There's no in-house bar or restaurant but the choices nearby are endless. This trip we tried Miss G's, Bones Ramen (dinner) & Cafe C&M & Bills (breakfast). Head down Kellett St to Elizabeth Bay Rd then onto the cafe on the jetty at Beare Park. There are several great locals dining establishments along the way. We are looking forward to coming back!

Our initial room 11.02 had really loud air-conditioning that made it hard to sleep. However the staff were very helpful & relocated us up to another room on the floor above for the rest of our stay. Sitting the kettle in by the basin was awkward. Note this hotel shares the building with several floors of offices, however lobby & lift traffic was minimal. If your room is on level 12 you will need to take a flight of stairs up from L11.

Our Signature room was large, comfy and stylish. We particularly liked the lounge seating along the window, great views over the city and the unusual bathroom setup with discreet night lighting you could turn on from the bed (although some people may baulk at the frosted glass toilet). Location was perfect with public transport close by and heaps of eating out options. We’ll definitely stay again.

Tea wasn’t replenished each day and two phone calls to reception went unanswered. It took a trip downstairs and a bit of poking around before someone came and helped us. There were supposedly two free mini bar items each day but there was nothing to have unless you wanted a packet of chips or soft drink.

I am a returning customer since years, that should tell you enough. I have found this boutique hotel several years back, and I can't have enough. It is in a super cool location, surrounded by great eateries and bars, minutes from the metro. The interiors are very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms, with a nice desk, a big screen, a Bose sound system (a clunky one, though). Wonderfully supportive and helpful staff; this time I even was welcomed with a handwritten note and a box of chocolates, a touch that most top hotels do not have.

The usual: - the bathroom lighting sucks, and there is not much space to place your toiletries. - WiFi is a tag slow, especially if you want to stream something from Netflix/Disney/Prime, etc. This time I notices that there was no Nespresso machine in the room, which was something I loved in the past.

Very spacious room, great city view, quiet, massive comfortable bed. Loved the room layout with the sink/ bar. Perfect location which made it easy to get around, and excellent restaurants/ cafes nearby. We are now going to stay again for the second part of our trip.

Our bed wasn’t made while we stayed, just towels were changed. Perhaps this service happens every few days and we weren’t aware of this. Slightly weird check in experience. Asked if we wanted to settle now, we said at the end. He said we can’t do that. Just tell us to pay now and save the awkwardness.

We stayed in the hotel for new year and they welcomed us with a nice treat of delicious chocolate box. The bed is ver comfy. Although the hotel is not very close to Sydney Harbour and all other touristic attractions(at most 20-30 minute walk), there are many restaurants and coffees around.

We had a miscommunication about carpark. We couldn’t reach them via booking maybe it is better to call them directly for booking a spot especially in new years eve. There are several other cheaper car parks nearby ;)

beautifully designed hotel and a fantastic location with everything you could need. Very friendly staff who were happy to assist at all hours. The bed was the highlight of the room as it was incredibly comfortable! room layout was great and was full of great and useful amenities like a hair dryer and umbrella.

I noticed our room didn’t have any “do not disturb” signs to hang for no house keeping. similarly, also didn’t have an information book in our room so it was a-bit difficult to remember what the front desk told us upon check in. Other than that, the place was great!

The staff were exceptional! They truely were so lovely with each and every interaction, and even to the point that I was emailing before my stay for additional services and they provided a prompt reply with suggestions. They lovely staff also provided additional coffee pots after we worked out how to use the coffee machine. The room was spacious and cosy. The bed was just Devine. Even as you walk through the foyer, your immediately greeted by a clean, warm and welcoming vibe. I also loved the additional safety of only being able to swipe to certain levels which left my perplexed when I arrived at the lower basement. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member there to show me how it worked.

I couldn’t get the Apple TV remote to work and there wasn’t a exhausted fan in the bathroom, I had a balcony room.
