Facilities, lap pool etc. very happy with ground floor unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

No airport bus pickup. Cost of Maxi taxi way to expensive. For the cost of the taxi we could have stayed at Rydges and walked across to airport. You have all the right things BUT you need to get airport shuttle services pickup. PLUS info on how to get from central station to your hotel by bus.

Had the best sleep in years. Block out blinds, great king sized mattresses and pillows, no noise, kitchen and laundry within the room, huge BIR. Safe area. Sauna. Excellent and friendly customer service. Love that they are able to accommodate my early check-in and request for a room with bathtub. Ease of access to the city and from the airport. Public transportation, train and buses and supermarkets and shops nearby as well.

There's a smell in the room that I could not identify but it's not overwhelming and I got used to it. Had difficulties connecting to the chromecast but it wasn't a deal breaker as I was out most of the time anyway.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs (only tea towels missing and no cutlery holder for the dishwasher. I'm sure concierge would have helped if we'd asked though). Toiletries were great. The bed was comfy and black out curtains were appreciated! It's in a great location - lots of shops within walking distance.

We were unable to connect to the Wifi on the first night (it was fine in the morning). It was quiet inside the building but there was quite a bit of street noise on our first night (we ended up playing white noise on the phone in order to sleep). There were no flyscreens on the door or window which was fine for us but could be an issue in summer.

Location, size of the apartment, the laundry facilities in our apartment and the dishwasher, hairdryers provided, the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

You couldn’t close the door easily with 2 single beds in the downstairs bedroom. Different toilet brushes need to be used to clean under the rims-if the toilet lid is left up while someone is lying in the bath it looks filthy and absolutely disgusting. The lounges were quite firm to sit on and not very comfortable. Not enough salt and pepper sachets were provided for a 4 day stay and not topped up when serviced during the stay.

I was really pleased with the staff's overall demeanour and thoughtfulness in providing customer service. There's a sauna, an indoor exercise centre, and a swimming pool. I was quite grateful for these.

The malfunctioned lift (none of the lifts was operational one day). Five people, my family and I, had to take the stairs in the morning and early afternoon to get to the room on the 15th floor. There was no early notice on this issue. I don't know how often we had to walk up and down. The other lift was permanently broken. Every morning, the lift was full of people, and even my family had to take the next lift until it was empty.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Pool facilities were wonderful and staff were always on hand to help as needed. Close to the city whilst being in a nice quieter area, only 10minute walk from green square station, and only 5minute walk from the supermarket and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Swimming pool a little chilly but still lovely. Lots of noise from lifts which can disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Also be aware this is on the flight path, it didn't bother us but again if you're a light sleeper the 5am flights may disturb you!

We had a one bed apartment and it was huge. We had everything we needed. It was fantastic. The only negative is that our apartment was facing the main road so it was very noisy in the mornings with traffic. The location is lovely with bars, restaurants and shopping facilities beside it. The Zetland hotel is approx 7 min walk. There is a train station (5 min walk) and the trains can take you all over. Ribs and burgers do a great lunch time special for $15.

The location was perfect as we were going to the Hordern Pavilion. The suite was warm, clean and contemporary. A full kitchen was a pleasant surprise and although we didn’t use it this time, we probably will in future stays. The bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. The ability to open the sliding door to the verandah from the lounge as well as the bedroom is also good for fresh air. There was no shortage of tea/coffee supplies and there was a pod coffee machine. Restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, pharmacy and a cinema are very close by. Beautiful gardens amongst the different buildings is a lovely touch.

Location was great with a shopping centre just 2 blocks away. The suite was spacious, bright and clean! Perfect for 4 people, it had two bathrooms. It was nice that they could lend us some adapters to charge for our devices. We will stay here again on our next visit to Sydney!

Was travelling with three ladies in their 80s. Would’ve been nice if there was someone assigned to help with the luggage. Jenny Yu (from reception) was very kind to help wheel our luggage (on the trolley) to our room. The gentleman at reception helped get our luggage onto the trolley from the taxi. On check-out, a kind young man who was mopping the floor assisted us with getting the trolley (4 suitcases and 4 carry-ons) to the taxi.

We aren’t from Sydney or comfortable travelling there but we had to stay in Sydney to go to the airport. It ended up being a quiet spot to stay, with an easy route to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. It was winter and we never needed to turn a heater on, the room was a great temperature and it didn’t get cold at night the bed was very warm and comfy. The staff were very professional, helpful and great to talk to.

The heated pool was actually freezing and we couldn’t get the tv to connect to the wifi/internet to actually watch anything on there that we were supposed to be able to. We still had normal tv at least.
