Excellent location, close to light rail station & shops. Super clean small hotel w shared tea room facilites & external shared courtyard. Carpet needs updating & decor is bit tired but confortable beds & good shower. Very good value for money. Staff kindly gave 1 x breakfast voucher although stayed for 2 x nites. Small balcony outside w table + 2 chairs.

Fire alarm went off at 8am but luckily was ready to check out! Decor needs an update, carpet replaced & auto fan /light in small bathroom annoying.

Hotel definitely seems more like 4* level than 3* (though I guess this is due to no breakfast provided). The room was super clean, modern and spacious with a big balcony. It was lovely! And the fact there is a guest kitchen with free teas and coffees is a real bonus, and supermarket / shops / light rail are all a stone's throw away. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. I actually cancelled my other accommodation for the following week so I can return to The Blenheim instead :)

Air con didn't work, though staff was aware and sorting it. But to be honest, it didn't really matter while I was there.

The receptionist was absolutely without fault. I was struggling with having my father at prince of wales hospital and could not find a better location (directly across the road) The receptionist went out of her way to find cancellations and openings so I could continue to stay longer (I room swapped a fair bit). But without knowing how long I would have to stay it was a week at a time I was booking in for and they were so lovely to me and kind. They made a horrible situation a little better.

The light rail and ambulance sirens get a little noisy, but put on some music and it's fine. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasn't as bad as being concerned about using it.

Location was great for us, as it was very close to UNSW where my son is studying and near to his dorm. Walking distance. The room was very comfortable, sizeable and very clean. It was really nice that there's extra pillows and quilt as it was really chilly during Sept 2022 in Sydney due to the rain. As we took a room for two, the room size was super large for us. The only set back was that the bathroom space is really small, and the shower water keeps getting out, which make the floor very cold. Probably is asian, staying on the 1st floor made us less secure around the facility. That's more prefrancial.

lighting in bathroom didn’t have a switch but movement sensor only. very annoying at night as it stays on too long (including the noisy fan) and not long enough when applying make-up - impossible and very annoying. it even went off when I was in the shower and was hence in the dark madly waving my arms around. please change this!

Great position in Randwick. 3 minute walk to the Lightrail (takes you right into the city/circular quay.) 3 minute walk to shops. Very comfy bed and clean room. Can usually find a park in Blenheim St at the rear.

Minor inconvenience of bathroom door in this room not completely closing- gave less room near toilet. Also toilet seat a bit loose but staff alerted.

Excellent customer service, absurd number of pillows :D , good tea selection, extremely clean, and above all else, close to nature - quiet, walking distance form the beach and the coast walking trail, bats flying by the balcony at night!. Right next to the light rail stop.

The shower leaks a bit. Also, you don't have to change every towel every single day- it's not eco-friendly or sustainable :)

the aesthetics and style of the room had made the best of a small space. It was lovely to have aircon that I could control and bring the room to a warm cozy temperature.

The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. The size of the bathroom probably contributes to the mould and water marks on the floor and under the bathroom cabinet. It was unfortunate that when having a shower it also flooded the tiles between the cabinet and toilet which means you have to stand in cold water to finish getting ready in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing from initial enquiries to check in. We had some questions and requests in relation to our stay and the responses were very prompt and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The location - 1 block from the light rail was exceptional and was very suitable for our requirements. We booked 3 rooms and everyone was pleased with their rooms. We would definitely look to stay again.

A very bright light on the underside of the aircon that stayed on while the a/c was running and like a torch shining down into.our eyes. The bathroom was small, and it had an automatic light & exhaust fan that came on everything you went in and stayed running for a few minutes after you left the room. Very disturbing for the other when we went to the bathroom during the night.
