Very smart apartment in a dedicated block. New and well-equipped, good kitchen facilities, small dining table, comfy sofa and excellent tv. Wifi was strong. Bedroom small, but nice bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom excellent. Close to bus, train and light rail services. Easy and quick to get into CBD or direct bus to Coogee beach. There's a public swimming pool nearby too.

It's on a busy road, so gets noisy if the balcony window is left open There's no reception desk, so you pick up key card from a code safe. This all worked fine and is clearly economical, but it makes the experience a bit impersonal. Could have done with a little more cutlery to save washing up so often.

Firstly i want to thank Suzanne for her utmost support and understanding for the medical situation we had. She is a real asset in your team. Secondly botanik apt just knows what a business cum family customer like me would need. Even smaller bits like laundry soaps, first day kits for kitchen, clean linens and the design of the space with ample light and air was amazing.

I was on a 14day trip, but couldn’t get the accommodation for all days due to taylor swift concert. it’s not a complaint at all, just that you’ve set such high standards for us business travelers that we can’t compromise with anything lesser than average. part of my trip i had to get an accommo in some other apt hotels which was a nightmare.

Apartment is well equiped and very clean. Located near the central station the apartment is ideal as starting point for different Trips.

The apartment has installed a device which distributes a very dominating vanilla odor. We very strongly recommend that this device will not be used and the customer can decide by its own whether he or she wants to live in a vanilla cloud. It took us some time to figure out how to shut down this device.

The apartment was lovely. Quite nicely organised. And all you needed was at your disposal. The kitchen was fully equiped though there was no coffee making device like coffee pod machine or coffee press. Staff was very quickly responsive ding when we needed some answers. Check in and checkout was very smooth.

Cheap finishings. Lots of sharp edges so I wouldn't recommend this place with smaller kids. Strange use of stainless steel sheets as table and in bathroom again with very sharp corners. Also very sharp and pointy edges on hanging island on top of kitchen - it was ok for my parents as they are as not tall but I hit one with my forehead. There's no free parking and very limited parking on the street.

The place is absolutely perfect. Awesome location, easy to access, the interior is super modern, clean and has everything I needed. The room is spacious, quiet and beautiful, full of sunshine in the afternoon. The staff were very responsive, effective, accommodating and helpful. I had a wonderful experience.

Location: 10 minutes walk from the Central train station. It was quite convenient. With a laundry & a kitchen & a closet The shower gel provided is quite good.

We arrived at night. The entrance is not very obvious. Room size was not as big as I expected. It looks bigger in the pictures.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless clean and all very well maintained. I communicated with Suzanne on a request and she was more than willing to help me. Overall I would be more than happy to stay at the Botanik apartment again

Nothing it was perfect

Though confusing initially, once I got used to the location, it’s a 5 to 7 min walk to the train station. The unit has everywhere needed. The layout is fantastic for kids to run around, and there’s a sufficiently big balcony to watch the sunset.

Nothing much expect there’s no room service.

Nice high ceilings, well appointed kitchen. Cable TV and fast internet were great. There were clear instructions for check-in. The apartment is in a quiet nook and private.

The hot water in the shower sometimes took a while to come on, but it wasn’t really a problem.

Really liked the place as it's very clean and had a lot of natural light. It's also very close to Central station and right at the center of Surry Hills.

It would be great if the toilet had a bidet.
