Excellent location. The man at check-in was lovely, very polite, and friendly.

The bar staff were very rude and not welcoming. There were lots of dirty dishes left out of rooms on my floor that were not collected all day.

Location was amazing! (Was seeing concert at Accor stadium). Staff were beyond helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. - directions over the phone due to road closures and organising passes to aquatic centre at discount price. Greeted with bubbles in a surprise hamper on arrival! (For Taylor swift stayers). Room was so clean and massive spa bath was incredible! View on balcony was PHENOMENAL of the stadium! Got a great price for my parking. So many gluten free options for breakfast. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!! It made our trip so much more incredible.

The location for attending events at Accor and Qudos Bank arena couldn’t be better, right across the road. There were multiple food options right at the doorstep and a couple of bars as well. It was easy to get to by car, and despite there not being any parking spots on site the closest parking garage was only a 10 minute walk from the motel and your bags could be left at reception while parking at other garage, and the overnight parking at other garage was cheaper than that of motel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a plus for having tea/coffee and small fridge. The included breakfast was a great surprise as thought it would just be a continental breakfast but was full buffet breakfast and very fresh with good variety. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the doorman who when we had problems with the parking gave us complimentary drink vouchers for the inconvenience.

Super comfy and 9/10 clean! Good views, amazing location for concert going! The staff we very very friendly and professional, we were greeted at the doors by the parking man who directed us were to park, the check in was quite fast considering a bit of a queue, the room service lady was lovely and very helpful, the cleaning staff were friendly in the morning, passing them by. The check out girl Alice was amazing, very helpful, friendly and accommodating to our needs, she really topped the stay off perfectly:)

The car park was full, we drove around for about 40 minutes waiting for someone to leave :( we weren't late arrivals either but we did get a park in the end thank goodness:) The lifts took forever and were often full so you had to wait 2 or times for it to come back so we could fit in. The music downstairs was really noisy, didn't bother me but the kids couldn't get to sleep until it shut off after midnight. The cabinets the TV's are in need to have rounded edges, they pertrude off the walls and really really hurt if you hit one, got myself and my daughter:(

Everything was good was j7st an overnight stay as went to tennis centre to watch Croatia vs Norway before check in.as game was 10.30. Was good parked our car in parking, paid for breakfast and on our way. Then next day morning game Greece vs Chile breakfast included and could leave car at hotel till after match was good rather than drive back and forth to both games from home as about hour away The lovely lady i always get when we check in beautiful New Zealander lady never get her name I forget did say plenty of room on the finals if needed to stay on 7th January if too late finishing that was nice

The staff were wonderful and the location was fantastic for a festival at the showground. The bath was wonderful and it was so nice having a balcony

The carpet was stained and needs updating. The curtains were a poor choice with the pattern chosen looking like a crime scene. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not filled so they couldn’t be used. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that hasn’t had teabags/coffee/sugar and milk in the room. Even the most basic motel has this. The hotel is nice and in a good location but you’re definitely only paying for the location

From booking, to check-in, to navigating the area, to breakfast and check-out - our whole trip was easy and stress free! We booked a King Room, had a beautiful view from our 13th floor room! King room had plenty of space, comfortable bed, bathroom with toiletries and a little balcony area. We opted for the room with breakfast included and added parking. Having the parking and breakfast included/available made life so much easier and was far cheaper than previous accommodations we had stayed at, which were not as close to the venue we were headed to for our concert. We are already talking about our next Sydney trip and hoping to book our accommodation with Novotel again!!

Really satisfied with my stay here. They allowed me earlier check in which i really need after my 8 hours flight. The staffs from check in until check out process are all exceptional. Will definetely stay here again if im visiting this area in future. A very good location for stay if you are attending any event in Accord stadium or Qudos Bank Arena since they are literally within minutes walkable distance.

Some appliances was dusty. Unable to use the safe in the room despite following the instructions for resetting.

as renovations were taking place full use of eating facilities was not available, I did appreciate the options provided at other hotels close by though. As occupancy was low I was able to check into my broom early and as I arrived at the hotel from an early flight from New Zealand this offer actually made my stay one of the best I have had at a hotel. Therefore I would recommend tis hotel to people travelling from overseas.

Lift caused ongoing problems with my card

The location for the Taylor Swift concert was second to none. We did t have to fight 100,000 people for the train.

Charging $800 for one night for this concert was robbery. I love Novotel, I’m an Accor member, and I usually pick Novotel if they’re around. And I needed to stay here as I attended the concert very heavily pregnant so had to keep walking distance very small. But it annoyed me that they price gouged everyone just to make money from Tay Tay’s popularity
