Location of the Hotel was very good and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of breakfast. Staff at every part of the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

On the first morning we woke up with a wet floor, assumed it was from the air conditioning condensation. We reported to reception, and they promised to attend to the wet floor as soon as possible. Later in the day when we returned, the water and problem was still not attended to. Hence, we had to make a complaint, still nothing was done. After another complaint, they brought us a bottle of wine for which I thought was very poor management and poor too little compensation considering I paid over AUD $400 per night for that room.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Momo was very patient in helping me with the TV and provided excellent service on several other occasions. The breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to look after us. The pool, which has an amazing view, was enjoyed by us and our guests. I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay totally met my expectations with the staff looking after us in their very friendly and caring manner. I would totally recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The fact that I was initially accommodated in a room that had no real City view. BUT after bringing this concern to the staff it was corrected and I was moved to a room with exactly what I had paid for and that was a "room with a City view".

The beds we so comfortable, pillowes amazing The room had a nice balcony to make up for the weird skinny shape of the room

Too narrow rooms Breakfast was cramped , plates really small , no full buffet where you can just choose your self however the food we ordered was really tasty . I would just have fathered to chose how many pieces of bacon and eggs I had . I only received 2 mushrooms . A bit stingy. Nicely decorated restaurant though maybe just not fit for purpose for a buffet breakfast Very minor concerns. Your staff are wonderful, friendly , helpful and deserving of a pay rise .

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

When booking thru them directly in person, one of the staff said it was not possible. I have to go to booking.com which I did. Why can I not book directly to them when I was already there? It was fully booked at that time that I could only have a room for 4 nts instead of 6 nts. This is not a problem but why can I not book at the reception directly? What if I don't have a smart phone with me like some old people? This is strange.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, <25 minutes to Kingsford Smith Airport and the staff were fabulous!! The hotel itself was great, couldn’t fault it. But the exceptional customer service is the reason me and my family will be returning again! A special thank you to Toufic for making us feel welcome.

My youngest (9 months) had a little fall on the tiles and got an egg on her head (not the hotel’s fault!!). We asked if they had an instant ice pack in their first aid kit, which they didn’t. The staff did promptly provide a bag of ice for us to use, but they’re just not as effective as an ice pack. My suggestion would be for the hotel to bump up their first aid kit with a few extra things (such as instant hot/cold packs).

the classy nature in there burbs ! nice for abit of staycation in this part of the hood of Sydney - nice indeed and some of the architecture was amaizng ! staff were so friendly and even Toufic night manager was of an exceptional calibre with his professional and hospitable spirit ! with a smile he conducted his work with grace and exceptional completion Shukran ! he was your greatest promoter the premier suite over looking the city at Sunset with an uninterrupted. view of the skyscrapers of sydney added now with sparking Barangaroo and Packer’s cheekily named pecker tower was a added demonstration of beautiful youthful modern day city of sydney ! so good ! unexpected beauty

Everything. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Daniel at the front desk who was absolutely great to deal with. He was helpful, funny and made our stay so comforting.

The fact we couldn’t stay longer haha! Not that it was an issue because we still left very satisfied, more breakfast selection would make it a little more enticing. I felt like there wasn’t much to choose from for the price you pay, but that didn’t change our incredible experience!

The room was wonderful, spacious and modern. The TV had a bunch of new, free movies on it - would be great if you're going to be in the room a lot :) Nice buffet breakfast, great location. Close to the train station, lots of good food in the area, especially if you like Asian food. Quick uber/easy public transport to Olympic Park.

The lights flickered a bit, would get annoying if you were in the room a lot. There was no lamps as an alternative which I thought was strange. When I first checked in, I got there a little early intending to drop my bags off and explore the city while my room was prepared. The staff at the counter asked me to "wait" and then ignored me for half an hour which was a little frustrating, I had to approach a different staff member. but all other staff I dealt with were great.

Service at the Hotel bar was some of the best we have had whilst visiting Sydney, we would return just to grab a drink from AJ! Café downstairs is great food and coffee and rooms are comfortable and good value for money compared to a lot of other places nearby. Staff at the reception are very friendly and personable also.

Only critique is that the shower probably needs a deep clean, it was definitely surface level clean but the shower heads are quite built up with calcium/lime and probably need a bit of CLR.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. Big comfortable bed, coffee pod machine, good toiletries, very quiet. Onsite parking and friendly staff. The area is full of great Asian cafes and restaurants and Korean cosmetics, clothing, and variety stores. We used it as a base for a concert at Olympic Park.

Something went wrong with the light circuit and our lights stopped working during the night. Everything else was working, Reception offered me a coffee to say sorry. The local buses didn't always arrive. Not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of.
