we were met promptly with friendly helpful staff and a welcome gift. Very happy we were upgraded. The lift were fast and didn't have to wait long.

Not much, We weren't instructed on how to use the lift. eg stick your room card in wait for the green light and press your room level. Luckily friendly guests gave us the heads up. I had a little trouble reaching room service so attended reception is person to ask the friendly staff if I could order room service, they said yes but they is a wait for room service as it is a very busy night. However the room service arrived very quickly

We were able to have early check in which allowed us to attend a family function on time which we were greatful for. Staff were very obliging and friendly. Convenient location, central to all of Olympic Park venues.

The car park for the combined hotels is most unsatifactory. If you are driving a bigger car parking spaces were small and difficult to manoeuvre around the carpark. Entry and exit system that is in place is extremely unsatisfactory. Us, together with four other cars were locked in the car park for over 20 minutes, unable to exit and unable to make contact with reception at the hotel for help, the hotel would not answer their phone to solve a very unsatisfactory situation.

The staff at Pullman are absolutely fantastic, the facility was amazing and just overall an excellent experience! The food is fantastic!! I love that you can call reception and have different/extra pillows brought to your room for free, and even though there was no streaming services that you could log into on the TV, there was an excellent choice of free movies, and TV shows!

The only thing I was abit upset about was the shower and bath. The shower stream was really slow, so we couldn’t even enjoy a shower alone, let alone together … The other thing was the bath, for some reason when you fill the bath it slowly trickles out through the drain, so the bath keeps going to half full, and you can’t just lie there and enjoy it. Other than that, it was an amazing experience!

The room was great, spacious comfortable walking distance to great cafe's (Abattior Blues is a coffee must) and Bars, , IGA supermarket and all the sports facilities, in particular the Aquatic Center. Room service was also easy and fast.

I understand that the Women's World Cup Final was on the Saturday prior to my Monday arrival and there were many people checking out but I requested an early check in, checked in at 11am and was told no rooms were ready and that checking was at 3pm due to the aforementioned occupancy. That was fine totally understood. BUT when I returned at 3:05pm and my room still wasn't ready for me 4+ hours later I was very unhappy. Luckily a room magically opened up right at that moment so you guess what I didn't like.

The staff were amazing all weekend, in every part of the hotel. They were helpful and joyous and efficient. One staff member went above and beyond for us to deal with a last minute outfit emergency and avoided a potential catastrophe! View from room and location close to event venues is a real selling point.

Price for the room was exorbitant based on normal rates, with facilities not offering features expected of a 5 star hotel. No pool on site, beds only had one usable pillow each, only one chair in room.

Very comfortable bed, quiet location, and great meals from room service (meals arrived hot!). The staff were all friendly and professional. I did not eat in the restaurant, but it looked lovely.

I had a problem with a powerpoint near the desk in room 1354, it sparked and shorted out all the other powerpoints in the room. Guest services addressed the issue promptly, but did not replace the faulty powerpoint, so I was relectant to use it again, which was a little inconvenient when working from the room.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! The room was lovely, the bathroom gorgeous and the bed very comfortable. This was our second time staying at the Pullman and hopefully we will again as it is a beautiful, classy place to stay when visiting Sydney Olympic Park.

Only (very small) negative was that the room assigned to us had a desk where there could have been a two seater lounge or small table and chairs. The room appeared to be setup for someone travelling on business, not a couple “away for the weekend”.

This was a last minute booking as my daughter's school relay team made it through to the state championships for swimming which was held at the Sydney Olympic Aquatic Centre. So the room cost much more than I would have ideally liked to have spent. However I have no regrets at all - the location was awesome (perfect actually!), the room was comfy and had fabulous views, buffet breakfast was excellent, and the executive lounge access was a good bonus - we dropped in for the afternoon drinks/snacks which was great! It was a very exciting trip and we had an absolutely perfect stay at the Pullman thank you so much.

I love the Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park - so perfect for events at Accor. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are all outstanding. Our room was right by the lifts but we didn't hear anything outside our room. We also had the most incredible view of Accor Stadium. The goodie bag on check in for Taylor Swift stay was absolutely above and beyond and a lovely surprise. Thank you so much!

There was nothing I would have changed.

I booked a room last night 20/03/2023 for my daughter and her boyfriend for the My Chemical Romance concert! They had the time of their lives and could not believe how awesome theor room was! They especially loved the breakfast I added for them in the morning! The location to Kudos Bank Arena was amazing with only a 10min and can totally be done in 5mins as my daughter walks like a snail 😂 Their 1st ever concert and 2st time staying at a hotel alone together and they can not fault one thing 😍 Thank you Pullman for giving these young adults the best ever experience one could ask for ❤
