The staff were very warm, friendly and responsive. Room was clean, with a modern bathroom and an excellent shower. The shampoo and body wash felt like good quality. Nice views facing the golf course with floor to ceiling windows and heavy curtains to block out the light. Comfy beds. Effective and quiet aircon. Decent price. A pretty good location, as my friends and I were going to Qudos bank arena for a show. The weather too too wet and windy to swim but the pool looked nice.

There was no kitchen sink or water in the fridge - so had to fill up water bottles from the bathroom. Also no cutlery, only teaspoons. We had a room with an internal door to the next room (which was locked) but it was a little off-putting when people/cleaners bumped against it from the other side.

I have stayed here in the past and its greatly improved since then. The room was very clean and comfortable for the price point. Bathroom was well appointed and easily accessible for my disabled daughter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great for the 1 night stay.

Pool wasn't very accessible for people with physical disabilities (my young daughter) and people with reduced mobility (my mother). Stairs or a ramp to get in and out would make it better for next time. The directions from Google Maps left alot to be desired - sent us to the golf club next door and took extra 10 minutes to be able to navigate to the correct driveway. Also a little disappointed with the restaurant as i had a lovely breakfast the last time - Korean isn't particularly to everyone's taste.

Room was quiet, well kept & comfortable. Free Parking on site for one car per room is fantastic, & the location is central & has public transport close by. This is the second time we have stayed here, the first being pre pandemic. The pool was lovely, too! We will happily stay here again.

The Vending Machine needs to be moved to a different location - tripped backwards & fell over while collecting the purchased items, & don't want that to happen to others. The only other issue was a self entitled 4WD who decided to take up two car parking spaces, who got quite precious about his car despite being quite rudely parked.

Nothing important breakfast not available at motel but plenty of excellent coffee shops within a few minutes drive.

Very comfortable beds and nice showers. I didn't use the TV much but it was a modern flat screen of a decent size for the room. The mini-fridge and coffee facilities did their intended job even if relatively basic.

Parking was a bit of a challenge during busy times. This was clearly stated through the booking process and so was not a surprise. There were a couple of vehicles parking that were not guests but the staff handled it well.

The rooms are soooo much better than the around 20 or so time I have stayed there previously. The beds are more comfortable and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is a lot quieter. I thought that the cost of $132.00 for the room since the the price when I started staying was $88.00 was a bit rich, until I found that the rooms have been renovated.

There were no tissues in the room. With my partner having constant nasal problems, taking a roll of toilet paper from the bathroom isn't a good thing. Also, when I became a regular stayer, I used to be given like a "regular stayer discount". This did extend after I wasn't staying there monthly. And I would like to ad, the introduction of a "pensioner" discount on the motel's website would help to gain more business.

Zack, the front desk manager was very helpful & friendly, provided us with excellent customer service. He made us feel welcomed & his cheerful personality was a added bonus to a pleasant stay at this property.

Overall the comfort level was good. The property is in the process of being upgraded. We do feel that there is still room for improvement on the appearance of the property.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated everyone’s hospitality. Public transit, if needed, was also conveniently located close to the property.

I know there is air conditioning for either heating or cooling but I don't like using air conditioners at any time. It was a bit cold during the night but there was no spare blanket in the closet in the room. Suggest that having a spare blanket available for the colder months would be great for those of us that do not like air conditioning. Also the tv reception wasn't great across all the digital channels. I don't know if this was a setting of the antenna or the tv itself

Room was larger than expected, and the view of the golf course was lovely and much nicer than just a street view! The bed was comfy and clean and the bathroom was modern with a great shower set up.

TV in the room was a little dated, but the channels available worked fine and seeing as we we didn't book the room just to watch TV, it wasn't a huge issue at all.
