Always an easy check in process. Great facilities which makes it easy to prepare meals etc.

We had 4 pillows in the room and all of them were thick and firm. It would have been nice if the two spare in the wardrobe were softer so we had options. However, I could have asked to get different pillows I'm sure, but we were only in there for two nights so I didn't bother. I definitely will do this next time though. We also found the soundproofing in the bedroom didn't seem as effective this time... Both nights were quite noisy with traffic and woke us up a few times. We were staying in room 305A which faced out towards the main road. Next time we will ask to stay on the opposite side of the building.

The hotel was as described. We loved the kitchen setup. The appliances made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks each day. The fitness room was small but met our needs. We had a rental car, so the location was perfect for us to get around Sydney. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Some areas could use updating but this did not affect our stay. We asked maintenance one time to tighten up the shower head. This was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

The apartment was quite neat, clean and adequately spacious with a bedroom with an adequate sized wardrobe, locker, iron, ironing board, comfortable bed and pillows. There was a living space with TV, a sofa which doubled as a bed for a third person, dining table and chairs, adequate number of plug points, a spacious balcony, a hallway with refrigerator, cooking range and utensils etc. and a good bathroom and toilet which were quite neat and clean.

There was no house keeping service on weekends. This should be definitely corrected. The duvet was stained. This is absolutely unacceptable.

We arrived a little early than 2pm but our room was ready, so we were given access which was great! Just around the corner from Macquarie Park Train Station and one station away from big shopping mall at Macquarie Centre. We paid extra $2o per night for undercover parking which was great to take luggage straight into the lift up to our room! Very roomy , big TV . great to have a microwave and small cooktop. Staff very friendly, helpful and lady as we were leaving walked out to meet our car so we could hand over access card after leaving underground parking and waved us off! We were down for a funeral at nearby Northern Suburbs Crematorium so was very handy to be so close to there. We want to bring our Grandchildren back for a couple of nights through the holidays now we know its a good area , great price and near train station and shops!

Professional friendly welcome at Reception. All was just as we had expected from previous satisfactory stays and the extra chair, pre-requested, had been placed in the room. Everything clean and smart looking. Very comfortable bed, crisp sheets.

Unfortunately the block-out blind was coming adrift from its roller at full extension letting light in at the side. This was a problem as there are strong security lights for the parking area on this side of the building. The matter was reported to staff the following day. The small addition of a Chux dishcloth to the washing up supplies would make a big difference. Apparently they are available on request, but that information is not much use when Reception is unmanned.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment (seperate bedroom), and also asked for the accessible bathroom, Hotel did not advise until I arrived that the accessible bathroom room was a considerably smaller room (hotel size) (not easy in a wheelchair) and not a 1 bedroom apartment.. I would suggest that they look at making a larger room (particularly for an extended stay like mine) bathroom and accessible one.

Everything was relaxing. No stress Good to have underground parking as I didn't want to get the car dirty for the car show I attended. Also less chance of damage to the car too. Room was comfortable for what i needed. I have stayed at many quest accommodations and find it's always comfortable and reliable.

I didn't like I had to leave. I wanted to stay much longer but had to go home to Melbourne

Rooms were nice and clean. We had everything we needed in that little studio apartment. The parking was easy at the front of the hotel and the staff member we spoke to at the reception was lovely and was really busy helping few people on her own and did an excellent job. We had a problem with the one bedroom apartment we booked and the hotel manager was very kind enough to inform us about the issue in advance and allocated a studio room without any hesitation and offered us a refund/discount to compensate the original booking. The train station is so close to the hotel and we will definitely go again.

Everything was really good and cannot fault anything.

I was arriving around midnight and really appreciated a call just to confirm my arrival and how to access the locked box to get my room key. The staff member was extremely helpfull and gave me the perfect instructions. Check in and out was so easy.

Nothing at all. It was within walking distance form the nearest train station and although I had not been in the part of Sydney at all I felt very safe.

Good size room, 2 cups would have been good, comfortable bed, good size bathroom

Room had NOT been cleaned properly as soon as I walked into the room there was a CIGARETTE BUTT on the floor near the head of the bed. Carpet was torn near the kitchenette. Parking was a bit of a Problem. the key code I was given was not correct. I had to reverse the numbers to get my key and at 9.30pm that was a bit of a worry. I think that if you want undercover parking that should be included in room tariff
