Excellent location - walking distance to shops, library & train station. Secure parking was great & available to be used on arrival (prior to check-in time), room was clean, tidy & well laid-out with plenty of space for us all. Check-in/out was smooth & easy!

Room was unable to be accessed until around 3.45pm (45 mins after listed check-in time) as cleaner was still cleaning the room. Cleaners then knocked on our door at 9.45am (before check-out time) to ask if we were leaving soon so they could clean the room.

Seranin is a good basic coverall accommodation, a great place to stay on business. We found that we had a basic version of everything we needed, and we're well located for easy walks to food for any meal, as well as a comprehensive strip mall. Easy access and friendly staff made for an easy and happy stay.

Rooms were slightly cramped with wardrobes, and to have a door between the rooms would have been good too.

The hostess with the mostest, just so friendly and accommodating and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also had the best shower, water pressure was amazing. As a solo traveler, I felt very secure along with secure car parking. I really can't fault this property and would definitely stay there again if the need ever arises.

The bathroom was quite small and compact, so not a lot of room to move around in but everything else made up for it.

The rooms and common areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff and check in was fast & efficient. Whilst our room faced the highway, the room was well insulated from any traffic noise. Underground parking was a necessity for us travelling in our car. The location was close to where we were working with our client (Chatswood). Easy to find on the Pacific Hwy.

The rooms are a little on the small side, however they are very well equipped. Really, the only thing that didn't quite work for us was the bed, it was a double, we always try to look for accommodation with at least a queen sized bed. This is not a complaint of the room, just our personal preference.

Easy access to public transport. No fuss check in and out with really friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette had everything you need, hot water and pressure were great. All areas were immaculately clean.

Only options for seating were the bed or office chair but that’s really all you could fit given the size of the room. Could install the blinds closer to the window so there’s less light spillage but that’s being super picky!

the room was a good size. The accommodation was a short walk to train station, the reason we stayed here as we visiting Sydney to see a live show. Stayed in a room on the railway side of the building and it was acceptably quiet.

There was no full length mirror. Although there was an iron there was no ironing board or anywhere to to iron. There was two pillows each (4 in total for the double bed) one was soft but very lumpy, the other vas very heavy and very firm and high. Both were very uncomfortable. Bathroom fittings were in poor shape and poor design for the layout.

The hotel was great, information given was so clear. The room was so clear and my room has a little balcony able to see train and bird. Sadly we was on a stopover from Canberra to Brisbane so didn't have time to relax much at the balcony. Carpark was small but no issue as we able to find a lot anytime. Will come back when we next visit Sydney. Room was soundproof, our room was next to train track but we couldn't hear any sound at all.

Nothing, everything was great

Modern, clean, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. Ideal comfortable studio room. Fantastic shower heat and water pressure, plus really good to have storage space for toiletries. Bathroom products provided were very nice.

Shower didn’t drain properly so water flooded into the rest of the bathroom area. Luckily I’d put a large towel on the floor (as I couldn’t find a specific bath mat), which was totally soaked and still there was excess water nearly out the door. Bottom right hand hinge of cupboard above microwave was broken. Only washing up supplies were for a dishwasher and there wasn’t one in this room. Small bottle of liquid washing up detergent and a tea towel would have been appreciated. Although bathroom products were lovely, I’d value refillable (wall mounted) large dispensers in the shower to cut down on non recyclable waste :) Fridge made strangely loud banging noises occasionally (I suspect to do with the freezer compartment), a little alarming until I worked out what it was.

good basic accommodation in a good location - but for some reason instead of carpet there was a small slab of vinyl or similar and lots of mats, about 90cm by 60cm, and on the far side of the bed, the floor was actually bare concrete. I guess the carpet had been removed for some reason and this was a patch job in the interim, but I don’t think the room should have been used in that state. perhaps if there was pre-information and a heavy discount it would be ok. but one assumes intact carpet in a hotel room…

as above , missing carpet and a patchwork of mats, vinyl and bare concrete.

Clean, modern, I liked the idea of the small communal kitchenette. Our room had a microwave, kettle etc but good to know you could cook up a small meal in the kitchenette if you needed to. It was within walking distance to local train station which made it easy for me to get into the city.

A cloth and tea towel in the room would have been good .It was difficult at first to work out where to park in order to check in so perhaps the property could suggest where to park to check in. Parking was available and very secure.
