The rooms are nice and clean and feel new, Very good access to trains and large shopping center if required. Being an "Express" hotel the breakfast is quite basic but reasonable. I was travelling with two coeliacs that required gluten free options and the chef was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful in identifying suitable gluten free dishes and providing other gluten free options the hotel had available when necessary. We were there for Taylor Swift and the hotel made a great effort in creating a fun atmosphere for all the guests staying there for the concert.

New. Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean bright room - very comfortable and could not fault. Breakfast an added bonus. Might get bored with scrambled eggs after 4 days but still OK. Coffee and pastries etc very good. Location is easy walk or bus (2 stops) to railway. (Use Opal Card if visitor). This hotel is excellent value for money and will stay here again. Good food nearby - even better food nearby in Chatswood (catch the train).

Maybe more egg choices other than scrambled.

The hotel was really clean and room was comfortable.

The breakfast. It was the same every day and every day we had bacon, very rarely sausages. There were too many sweet things. Very often happened that part of the meal was not available because of too many people at the breakfast. For this price you should offer better breakfast. Finally, hotel is very far away from the city center.

good car parking (incl free street parking on weekends right outside), good access to motorway, clean, quiet and reliable rooms with comfy beds. reliable wifi. convenient for macquarie park shopping centre.

Rooms are small. Breakfast is not great (tiny mugs, bad coffee, very average juice, fruit limited to whole apples or whole oranges, limited cooked options). The bathroom has a glass wall, so if you use it in the middle of the night, the light disturbs your partner. The bathroom door has dual purpose as a shower door: if you keep it as a bathroom door while having a shower the bathroom floor gets soaking wet and then when you put a bathmat/towel down, it gets in the way of the seal at the bottom of the door when you have to use it as the room door. Bits of the seal had already snapped off because of this issue.

The property is extremely clean and comfortable and very close to trains (metro) and bus stops and a major shopping centre and university.

Unfortunately, our request for twin beds could not be accommodated (which was very unpopular with my teenage son, as we had to share a bed!). Also, the included breakfast could be better. There was also no parking available and only vague directions to the shopping centre. Although to be fair, it was a very busy night.

The location was good as a stop over on the way to our destination. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet.

Glassed walled bathroom! Who in their right mind thinks this is a great idea. Not much in the way of privacy, and you can't turn the light on through the night as it brightens the whole room. Breakfast was included, but at 9am, there was absolutely no hot food left. After 10 minutes, a dish of scrambled eggs was brought out, then another 10 minutes later, a dish of bacon. I don't know if anything else was brought out later, as I left. Needs to be a lot more coordination/communication with the kitchen.

Staff were very welcoming, efficient and professional. The hotel has great facilities and was close to public transport and local shops. The room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was amazing. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet.

Some of the towels were thin and worn in some places and made an otherwise top notch stay feel a little 'shabby'. I would have liked instructions for the TV and air conditioner.

I liked the location, which was very close to the Macquarie University. Also, the metro station and the shopping centre were very close. The room was clean and modern. I liked the facilities (kettle, mugs, iron, ironing board).

The breakfast was very dull, with a very limited set of options. There were not vegetables or cut fruit. Some of my collegues did not like the glass walls of the bathroom, but for me they were fine.

We were so impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were as well as the disability room we had that we stayed an extra night. I was especially happy with the free breakfast, sanitizer around the hotel, environmentally conscious choices, staff helping us with parking, the lovely scented vegan soaps etc and the room setup. The Coffee Club downstairs was excellent too.

When we first arrived the carpark was full but we had booked a disabled room so I expected a disabled parking space however the manager fixed the situation for us and all was well.

I stayed here with a friend in a twin room as I was attending a function nearby, so used this as a place to sleep and didn't have a chance to try out the other amenities, such as the gym. Room was quiet and big enough for 2 people with cabin-size luggage. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was okay - a small selection of cereals, hot food (scrambled eggs, sausages and potato gems) and coffee from an automatic machine (but sadly no option for non-dairy milk from one of the automatic machines). The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again; great value.

The bathroom has a strange design - there is a frosted glass door that can either enclose the shower (leaving no door to provide privacy for the toilet), or the entire bathroom. So if you are staying with a colleague, you can't both use toilet and shower at the same time, which is awkward if you need to get ready at the same time. No other feedback - it was a great stay.
