The room was big with a coach and king bed, a desk. Had a mini fridge tea and coffee and a free breakfast pack. Lovely rain shower. Hotel next door for meals and drinks. Had free parking and walking distance to the shopping centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Was given a complimentary drink each on our first night. The room exceeded what I was expecting for the valued price.

Was great maybe a mirror in the room as only mirror is in the bathroom over vanity. Not an issue for us and was advertised very well on the site and paperwork there was no lift had to walk up stairs.

First and foremost, the hotel room I stayed in was immaculate. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The room was well-designed, with a pleasing aesthetic that combined modern elements with a warm and inviting ambience.

During my recent stay, I encountered a few inconveniences that impacted my overall experience. Regrettably, the room lacked essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, phone service, room service, and complimentary water bottles. It became apparent that guests needed to order water bottles from the Pub personally.

The location of the hotel was really good and easy to reach. The free parking was a really nice touch as well and there was plenty of spaces. The included breakfast was awesome, I was expecting something light but to have a hot breakfast every morning was wonderful. The beds were comfortable as well and the bathroom was quite modern. I didn't use it nor did my wife as we have unlimited data on our phones but Free WiFi is always a nice bonus as well.

My only issue which was quite minor really, was that when we moved the single bed next to the queen bed to make one large bed, we noticed that underneath the single bed had not been cleaned at all and a previous guests dirty socks were under there. Staff should make sure under the beds are cleaned as well. As I said this wasn't a big issue. A box of tissues wouldn't go astray either but again not a big problem as we usually have some with us.

Room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice. We ordered meals from the pub down stairs as there were no booking left to eat in the restaurant. Meals were good size and family friendly. We also enjoyed a complimentary drink for each guest at the bar later. Breakfast included was good value too. Accommodation was close to where we need to go and easy to find.

My kids found someone else’s left clothing in to room.

good value for money. clean comfortable and location was perfect for our trip. handy to have the pub attached where we also enjoyed our dinner.

was disappointed that we weren’t told at check in that we had vouchers for free drinks and a discount on dinner at the pub. we only realised in the morning when we returned the keys that there was vouchers in the folder. maybe reception could let you know at check in. this would also promote the pub more.

It was close to the restaurant ( at The Ranch) and not far from Macquarie Centre. Shane was very nice and helpful. He even helped us with our bags, carrying them to our room. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as a couple of days there was a hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon which was very nice and then it wasn't there, back to toast, fruit, cereal. The other thing was we had the room with 2 beds in it but the single bed kept moving.

the staff member who picked up my family from the curzon hall with the courtesy bus was very rude to my self and my wife . me: hi him :thought you we are ready why am I having to wait for you. me : just calm down mate u should not be talking to me like this. him( quote) I don’t care who you have to wait for I need to get back to work at the bar because I left the bar to come get you) well then he turned on my wife .

Extremely comfortable bed, large room, surprisingly quiet and a superb shower. The continental breakfast was not available as advertised but we were given breakfast packs and a drink voucher. Very convenient with the restaurant. My son and I were very relaxed there. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was provided except there was no tissues available.

Close to where we needed to go and the club

Walking into the room the over powering smell of bleach, the room was clean but I felt like it was going to take my breathe away and the smell left my nose and throat with a horrible feeling and taste. Outside of that it was a good stay just lay off the bleach a bit maybe use sanitizer instead.

We liked everything about this NightCap stay after a previous poor experience in Penrith & Saint Clair. This stay mirrored our NightCap stays in Victoria. Good value, great staff, clean room, large room, modern amenities in the room, complimentary drink voucher for each guest, adequate off street or undercover parking and a superb breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.
