SKYE Hotel Suites Parramatta

The atmosphere was divine. Definitely a lavish hotel. Great for money. Beautiful pool, spa, gym and sauna areas. We loved the idea of a cocktail bar on the top floor. Everything was so clean and the staff are all lovely and accommodating. The hotel was so close to everything, including the train station! 10/10 experience.

Roach type bugs outside near the pool area. I had one on my towel when I picked it up and nearly fell into the pool to avoid it. It's not necessarily something you can 100% control (bugs should be outside if they're to be anywhere). The weather was extra muggy, which I'm sure they loved! But, definitely be mindful of the crawlies when picking up your belongings, or you'll be back in for a swim.

There were no Instructions for how to use appliances but eventually figured them out. Would have perhaps liked an information folder in the room to advise guests of how to operate appliances. Also things to do within the hotel & how to access them such as pool, bar, restaurant etc & surrounds of the city. Most hotel/motels have brochures of suggested places of interest, restaurants, shops, maps etc I suppose most people just use google search & due to Covid policy may not be able to have such items in each room. It would be great to be able to guarantee a reserved car space with your booking but there are other car parks available within close proximity. Didn’t like having to leave 🙂

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and we loved how much effort the hotel went to welcome all the people staying for that reason (Taylor cardboard cutout, staff in Swifities shirts, welcome basket in the hotel room). On top of that the hotel was SO NICE. The rooms felt luxe, the beds were so comfortable, the rooms had absolutely everything you could need in it (fridge, microwave, stove, washer/dryer). I said it already but I have to stress THE BEDS are so comfortable. We didn’t go in the pool but we could see it from our room and it looked really nice. There is also a convenience store connected to the lobby and a bunch of restaurants just outside, which is super convenient. I would stay here again immediately next time I am in Sydney.

Literally everything was amazing here. They took us in late at night on our last min Sydney plans, had soo many snack and drink options for us ALREADY included, late check-out was free of cost (not sure if this was due to us arriving late the night before, but much appreciated). Professionalism and cleanliness was unmatched, i had a better experience here than other 4-5 star hotels in the city!

Beautiful apartment

I spent 16 days with my wife and my 6-month-old, we had a very good stay, the suite 2Bedrooms was very comfortable, the bed was surprisingly comfortable (compared to some previous review who mentioned that the beds were not good), we loved it and slept very well. The apartment has all you need, very functional, and easy to host gathering with your loved ones or friends. The staffs were very friendly, always Smily and available to help including the cleaning ladies. The location is top, can't be more central with all you need shopping wise, Westfield malls. I was driving and had my dedicated parking spot. No regret and great value for money. Cleaning service was ok, 2x a week, one heavy cleaning and one light cleaning, good enough

This is a minor Caveat, regarding the baby cot. They provided a cot suitable for baby > 1 year old with no bassinet option. If you are travelling with an infant < 1 year, bring your own bassinet. You can't get it all :). Otherwise, ok

room was pretty cozy and very clean. Elevators were very quick to get to your level, waiting time was pretty good. Location of hotel was amazing, we were close to everything. The warm pool and spa was the highlight of my trip

Shower head was pretty loose, had to keep lifting it up. People took my car park if i forgot to lock it. Was told to leave the pool by 10pm, i came to sydney for a holiday. i dont party or drink so the pool was probably the most relaxing thing i had on site.

The building is stunning with underground parking. There is plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance. The value for money was outstanding, with fresh towels daily and bed made up. Plenty of toiletries if needing to use. Pleasing to the eye room with access to wifi and netflix. Would definitely stay again.

There were a couple of pieces of equipment that will need replacing, however, this didn't impact our stay negatively. the shower doesn't drain properly which led to the bath mat becoming completely saturated to avoid running out in to the hall way and on to the carpet. The frosted glass sliding door for the bedroom was aesthetically pleasing, however not pleasant if someone woke to use the bathroom which is straight across from the room, the light is still filtered through.

This is fantastic accommodation. Our studio room was huge, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The housekeeping team are to be commended, our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and again when it was serviced the following day, it was faultless. The bathroom was supplied with high end toiletries and the coffee machine had sufficient pods and a beautiful selection of quality teas was provided. The 24hr gym has plenty of modern equipment and the pool and spa are fabulous with plenty of resort style furniture to relax on. Staff on arrival and departure where very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in a 2 bed exec room on the 9th level. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were large and comfortable. Coffee pods, a selection of tea's, sugar and milk, dishwashing liquid and washing powder were provided. There was also an abundance of linen and towels offered. The location was excellent, only a 5 min walk to the train and bus stations, Westfield Parramatta, restaurants, café's and bars. A convenience store is also located downstairs. On our departure we offered extended parking, (incase we wanted to enjoy our last day in Sydney), we were also offered complimentary fresh water bottles for the drive home! We really enjoyed our stay 😉
