Right from check in was amazing Amazing little cottage feel.room that was extremely well presented and had everything we needed to make our stay delightful would certainty stay again Best part was the surprise of complimentary tea,coffee(real beans) and hot chocolate from the coffee machine Beds were super comfy, hot shower, nice kitchen area and heating we had cabin 2 with 2 adults and 2 kids enough room for everyone Love the outdoor seating area and option of breakfast

Everything was perfect from check to leaving

Liked that it was a bit out of town and couldn’t hear trucks that go through town and past a lot of other motels in town. We had studio apartment and it had big comfy bed, very large bathroom with great hot water. Free filtered water which was a bonus after all the weird water we had been drinking throughout our travels. Also kitchen dining was separate and full kitchenette to self cater. Large parking space outside door.

People next door who liked to stay up drink and smoke outside next door room. Just our bad luck as these people were travelling for work so normally this probs wouldn’t apply.

From the moment i Stepped into the office i felt welcomed. We were provided with a free upgrade. Our room was a godsend. So lovely fresh and crisp. Included kitchen cooking equipment, and filtered water on tap. The only upgrade I would suggest Is smart Tvs with netflix and YouTube. I will 100% stay here again, beautiful shower head also!! And the rooms are quiet.

The only suggestion i have is providing a smart tv with YouTube and netflix especially in the family rooms. Just needed a break from the nagging tweens 😄

Every aspect of our stay was just perfect. We really appreciated the reception/greeting/welcome to the property, let alone the cleanliness, styling, comfort, freshness, quirkiness, quietness, price and many more. My background and working life is in hospitality/teaching, and my wife is/and has been a successful business owner and operator. In the future, any time we are anywhere near this location, this is where we'd love to stay. We have and certainly will be advising friends, family and fellow business associates, "this is where to stay".

Communication was fantastic, especially as we were arriving around midnight so needed a plan in place. Tegan was amazing and called me on the day to let me know of the plan. Beds were super comfy, nice and clean, lots of space/parking as we had a trailer also. Would highly recommend!

super clean. our family room has fridge, microwave, electric cooker and plates and cutlery. its winter and they have heated aircond so we sleep well. its warm. bathroom very clean with hot water. the staff are helpful, they response quickly and we appreciate that.

the aircond is pretty noisy

Large suites/apartments - Double bedroom with TV and air con, twin bedroom, TV and air-conditioning in large lounge room as well as another single bed and you could easily sleep an adult or two kids on the lounge. Plenty of cups/glasses, plates, bowls, cookware. Stove, microwave, full fridge, filtered water dispenser, jug, toaster, slow cooker. Massive accessible wet room and wide hallway.

Some tiny Germancockroaches which are quite difficult to control in summer in the country. Perhaps using the provided draught excluder under the door would help. Bug spray provided.

lovely view over the town. spacious and family friendly for those with kids. accommodating staff who were always available. filtered water!!!! free. so beautifully clean and the linen, fresh and white. quiet in the apartment i stayed in.

Amazing family suite with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully appointed kitchen and dining area make it feel like an apartment and the view was a pleasant surprise. The double brick is fantastic for providing excellent soundproofing from other guests and the highway. I am pretty picky on cleanliness and the whole place was spotless. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to spend a cold and wet weekend.

Beds were a bit soft, and pillows a bit hard, so comfy sleep was a little difficult. This was the only issue with our stay.
