It was such a lovely peaceful stay the surroundings were wonderful air crip and clean to breathe in the wood fire so charming and comforting I wish i could have stayed longer. The cleanliness and furnishings spot on. I was very impressed with the signage when driving there as I travelled at night and the markings to find the place were well marked and easy to follow.

If i had any complaint it would be the bed was a little firm for me, but it didn't cause any serious discomfort.

Nice touch to have milk and juice provided. The coffee bags were interesting but tasted pretty good once made. Rain shower was lovely and water temp was perfect. Very handy position for exploring the region.very comfortable

Extremely poor wifi in the villa which was disappointing as moving from a cosy room up to a guest lounge in the evening after dark for some connectivity really not desirable. Suggest the shower really needs a door to stop water spray wetting the floor.

Fantastic area, quiet and very comfortable. Loved being in amongst the Stanthorpe countryside. Could hear the birds in the morning and even had a kangaroo visit. Was well setup and we enjoyed the walks around the area.

The breakfast voucher was not really useful as it was for a bakery that does not have anything suitable for breakfast. A hamper was promised but has been replaced with a voucher. Not a great option.

Although breakfast wasn't mentioned as an inclusion, we were surprised to find cereal, bread, butter ,jam, milk, juice, coffee & tea all on hand. Pretty much every kitchen appliance/utensil you might need was available as well. Not to mention a very nice (clean) BBQ of our own, plus plenty of other little extras here & there. There was a nice little walking track almost at our back door, which was worth the effort.

No complaints at all. WiFi in the unit would have been nice, but it was explained to us why this wasn't possible. Anyway, there was a very comfy WiFi lounge (with a big-screen TV as well) less than 100 metres away.

We loved the setting of our ‘super-comfortable and kitted-out’ villa in the bush land, that had been thoughtfully positioned to take advantage of the landscape. Privacy, rest and peace were important to us for our 4 day stay. The owners Scott and Debbie, are welcoming, hospitable, super-friendly, and knowledgeable about ‘all-things’ Granite Belt, making our stay an at “31 The Rocks” an absolute pleasure.

The Location to town was good

we were told that they changed owner they day before and we would not get our continental breakfast or any of the other food We did receive $25 for a Bakery which did not do breakfast

We had a fabulous stay in Villa 3 and would definitely return. The bushland property was tranquil, spacious, immaculately clean, with a well stocked kitchenette and a welcome pack of breakfast goodies. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening and watching the sun set. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The proximity to Girraween National Park for bushwalking, Stanthorpe for supplies and the wineries was a drawcard and we were not disappointed. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Pleasant/quiet location surrounded by beautiful gardens, abundant birdlife and wildlife, close to the township and local attractions around the area, so many wonderful places to enjoy meals, lots of thoughtful inclusions and gracious hosts Debbie and Scott we had an enjoyable stay in villa 2 which is perfect for a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 31 The Rocks. Debbie and Scott are the best hosts that we have ever met. They are very friendly and helpful in providing us with useful information and tips for our hiking and exploring around. The villa is very very clean, stylish, comfortable and is fully equipped with everything we needed. The continental breakfast was awesome, love the local freshly baked bread and using a Maxwell & Williams butter dish for butter which is very stylish than using a plastic container, and the cornflakes and muesli were very yummy too. The amenities are good quality. They have their own short walking track to the top of the hill and the gardens are beautiful which attract lots of birds to visit. The wifi room opens 24/7 which is very convenient for us. Can’t be more happier. Debbie and Scott are attention to detail and they have made their property very beautiful. Will definitely book here again next time and highly recommend to my friends and families.

Stayed in Villa 2 for 2 nights and would recommend staying in any of these lovely, well presented Villas while exploring all the Stanthorpe area has to offer (which is alot). You're greeted by the friendly, helpful hosts which are very happy to help with any recommendations or information. Very comfortable places to stay with everything you need supplied. Would definitely stay here again.
