The motel was roomy and check in with a code worked well. There were 2 tv chairs in our room as well as a table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette was appreciated for breakfast and the bathroom was a generous size, especially the shower. Yamba cafes, restaurants, shops, chemist etc were a 10minute walk down the road. However the Bowling Club was opposite. There is a small supermarket in town but the larger shopping centre was out of the CBD.

Very little toiletries were available and the hot water came through very slowly. There was often no-one at reception.

Very comfortable room, seamless check in, fabulous shower, great location. Loved the bowls and spoons provided that enabled us to have a quick breakfast in the room before heading off - so helpful when travelling with kids. Didn't use the pool as weather was too cold, but it looked lovely!

Location was excellent and close to everything

The owner of the property was rude and complained openly to us about booking through booking. com. He made us feel very uncomfortable. Had we not already been committed and not able to cancel we would have looked for other accommodation.

Room was very clean, everything in the room was individually wrapped with care taken on cleanliness and hygiene. Huge bathroom with shower

Very little sunlight coming into the room as our room was in the corridor. Could not open the blinds because there would be no privacy - suggestion is to have curtains

Location opposite bowls club where you show your room key and you get meal and drink discount. Room very large and comfy. Shower was excellent. Check in was easy to follow.

Hard to fault some better lighting and air con was a bit dated but worked well.

Good to have some comfortable chairs... the best seating arrangement we've experienced across the 7 Motels we utilised this trip. Fluffy towels.

Room lighting- could not read well under main room light. Bedside lights were fine. Ditch the plastic plants!

The property is located in close proximity to Yamba Bowling Club. It is within easy working distance to the main shopping centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was noisy. We had to turn it off. The fan was noisy and also had to turn it off. The fridge also made a strange sound

Rooms were very clean, easy check in process. Great location, across the road from the bowling club which had a great bistro for dinner and could walk into the centre for other restaurants aswell. staff were very friendly, I would stay here again.

The location was great and the Bowling Club was right across the road. The room was very clean and there was free parking and good Wi-Fi. The cleaning staff were very good. The office staff were not so pleasant. The centre was within 5 minutes walk.

The staff at Reception was not very friendly. We had a bad night the first night when a couple were up till after midnight making a lot of noise.
