Was pleasantly surprised with room we had, even though we were only there overnight would be very acceptable for longer period. Facilities in the room are excellent and even though there is only a microwave, jug, toaster in the room the cutlery and china is a very nice touch. Closeness to town is good as well. This motel will be on our stopover list for the future.

There was nothing to dislike about our reception, or room.

The room was clean, fresh, spacious and well-equipped--even having a little desk, table, good lighting (a rarity) and a spare blanket (in a drawer). The bed was very comfy, and the hot water supply good. Despite being on the main street through town, the motel was quiet, the only sound audible being the shower in the next room. The windows open, as does a door onto a private little outdoor space.

There was no wardrobe, but that was a minor detail. Internet signal and speed weren't the best, but those of us who live in rural or regional Australia are used to that.

Comfy bed, and a super quiet accomodation. Lots of tradies stay at the place, but very little noise until about 7am, as they left. This is our 2nd stay, and we were very pleased with the room we had this time.

As we were on our way to a wedding in Adelaide, we had clothes on hangers. Had to hang them on the shelving under the TV. Even a hook on the door would have been good to hang them.

light and bright with large sliding doors onto private patio (and not a cold brick or breeze-block wall to be seen like most motels in Oz have); awesome shower - the water was like natural hot spring water; nice thick towels were a welcome treat; comfortable bed; reasonable size room with table for two to eat at;

fridge was not working and water was leaking from it onto the floor

Lovely owners, nice & clean, for me, the bed was too soft and very low to the ground, but as I said, that's just me.

I am really confused as to why the bathroom was two (very slippery and over normal height) steps up from floor level? It was a risk to life and limb to use those seemingly very unnecessary steps? With wet feet, almost treacherous!

We were so happy with our accomodation. Fantastic value for money, great layout for a couple with a child, very clean, beds were very comfortable and the linen was really nice (white, soft). The gardens are nice and the communal area even has a goal post and soccer ball! Friendly staff. Yass is our halfway point when travelling to Bendigo and we’ll be staying here from now on.

The booking was last minute so we didn't do research on other properties, but this one was perfect for our stopover to Melbourne. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. We didnt eat as we were in and out. Reception looked clean and the room was clean also. Easy access to car right outside the door. Bathroom was fine. All was great!

My room was quiet and well insulated, and had everything I needed, including a very comfy bed, lots of hot water, excellent WiFi, a window that could be opened, amd a quiet fridge...and is run by a friendly and very helpful family. I have stayed here before and shall happily do so again.

As an overnight stay on our way to Moama , this accommodation was just perfect. We had a large room with a great shower and a comfortable bed. We were impressed by the inclusion of crockery and the cleanliness of the room. Although some of the inclusions were typical of an older style motel, everything made for a relaxing stay. Thé location near Yass River was convenient for a leisurely stroll or an early morning jog and the township was within a 15 minute level walk.

Thé only issue was the step up into the bathroom - this was mitigated by a useful hand rail .

Everything was great. The kitchenette was very handy and having a 2-bedroom unit was also great. The shower was powerful with plenty of water, so my wife was very happy (she has long hair)

All good, just a tad awkward bringing stuff in through the front door to the second bedroom.
