We paid a bit extra to get a "better" room as it was my daughter birthday and they gave us a great room with a balcony and amazing views. Thank you so much! It was within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. Had nice and fast elevator too. Didn't get to test the shower/bath as we slept in (oops).

Didnt have much time there but was nothing obvious that was a problem

The first room we were given the television did not work so we were transferred to another room which was much more satisfactory. The only issue we had was the strength of the water pressure which was very very low and it would have been impossible to wash my hair satisfactorily. The location was perfect as my husband was in the Brisbane Private Hospital for one night and I was able to walk to visit him. The beds were a little on the hard side.

Had a queen deluxe room which is like a small apartment. Had a kitchen, windows that open bit and great facilities.

Check-in guy was rude. Kept taking my card from my hand throwing it around on his desk as if I was a criminal or something. Just a horrible attitude.

Location was very close to the city centre, especially to the Queen St Mall. The bed was big and comfy, the couch was nice to sit down and watch TV in and I enjoyed the mini fridge to store drinks in.

No WIFI included was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker.

It seemed quite new/modern. Included breakfast was the cherry on top.

My only slight criticism would be that the room was quite compact but for one night to crash how much do you really need?

Our room was cosy, comfortable and quiet and after reading reviews was probably a little better than we expected. Dated furniture and decor but clean and in a great location. We felt that it was good value for money. We were in Brisbane to attend a wedding, an easy 7 min walk to St John's Cathedral and then a further 10 mins to Cloudland for the wedding reception. Very convenient!

There was an amazing view from our window. Had a tv so that was good. Shower pressure was nice.

I wanted to use the spa bath but it did not work.

Staff were very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Free WiFi was 👍

The spa in our bathroom didn't work at all and the shower was a little more than a tricle.

You could open the windows. The room had adequate space.

The kitchenette did not have a tea towel and there was only one fork and one teaspoon in drawer.
