Great room for an affordable price, located within walking distance to CBD.

We stayed on the same floor as the outside pool, you could see the pool from our balcony. There were pool works happening the morning of our first nights stay, at 8am the noise was so loud and disruptive. It would have been appreciated to be told when checking in about the works. We also dropped headphones that went under the bed, when I went to retrieve them, I found an adult toy under the bed (that didn’t below to us), it made us feel as if the rooms aren’t properly checked over and cleaned thoroughly.

The location was very good, it's just 5 min walk from CBD. Also the view from the windows/terrace was amazing, especially at night! Our Apartment was huge, Two big bedrooms, two separate bathrooms. We payed a little less as there was some kind of discount so for this price - I would stay there again for sure.

Furniture, bathroom, kitchen were very old, you could see that they were used for many many years. So for example the sofa was ripped a bit, windows were not working properly. Also it was not super clean. So I recommend doing a renovation as with better conditions you could rent this apartment for twice as much.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were up to date and some other updates like carpet had been made. The balcony was good to have. The carport was secure. There was good storage. The apartment was clean. Two bathrooms. The price was excellent.

The communication was a little confusing at times but we figured it out. The spa and sauna and pool were closed. We had intended to use the sauna and spa. The bathrooms could do with an update. The apartment is older but as a result it is large and well laid out.

Location was fantastic, on the fringe of the city and an easy walk (although there is a hill or stairs depending on your route) to Central Station. The hub of the city was just a little further along, again totally walk-able. It was also quiet which was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived a little before check-in and I was able to check-in a little earlier which was appreciated.

My apartment was a little tired. There were some maintenance issues which I reported and the staff were keen for the feedback and said that they would remedy.

Good location, close to trains, buses and Queen St Mall Beds were comfortable The accommodation was clean. Kitchen had most things we needed for a 4 night stay Although we didn’t use it, having a washing machine and dryer is very handy Nice pool and hot tub and sauna available for guests

I found the room slightly noisy but couldn’t work out what it was. The bathroom fan perhaps 🤔 And the air conditioner from next apartment? Also, the sun rises early and shines directly into the room. It heated up quickly There are curtains at the window but maybe not blockout ones

The room was massive for 4 people. It was like a flat that you could live in as everything was there that you needed. There was an ensuite attached to the main bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook a meal with all of the equipment available. Comfortable couches to watch TV.

The location for the city was not the best. It was difficult to find our way to the main street of Brisbane and there was only one restaurant near the apartment. There was plenty of wine bars, pubs and cafes. Be prepared for most places to be closed on the weekend. The room itself had a broken iron and some light globes were blown.

The apartment was clean and quiet. A little bit of city noise, but actually far less than expected given the amazing location. It is situated within walking distance of Queen Street Mall and I really enjoyed being able to walk to everything I needed. The apartment was spacious and neat. The bed was comfortable. We were able to park at the apartment complex.

Kitchen facilities were a bit basic. It would have been good to have a dish cloth to clean the benches, and more than one tea-towel over our 4 night stay. However, there was a frying pan and some pots, so we were able to make breakfast every morning and the apartment is walking distance to heaps of restaurants.

The unit was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the CBD, shops, restaurants and the river. There was a coffee shop across the road and a convenience store at the end of the block, so we had everything we needed.

The only negative was the bathroom exhaust fan which did not turn off. We reported this when we arrived on the Friday afternoon, but it was not fixed and was still going on the Monday morning when we left. Luckily we travel with ear plugs!

There is plenty of space, the apartment is really big for couples and it has a great view from level 9, you can see many buildings. The location is great in the CBD near all. There is parking inside the building so you don't need to be worried about your car.

The windows can't be opened, but there is a great balcony and you can keep the door open. There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that is really noisy, as well there is a small vent, I prefer to use this last one.
