The room is perfect and comfortable during my short stay. Really like the location, its clean and has the walking distance to the main CBD.

Nothing is dislike with the room and the only experience is the bed footing are not stable due to the rolling wheels are not locked.

Great location - near park, near main coach/bus and train terminal. Near centre Brisbane Lovely and clean - cleaners are amazing every day our room was cleaned - always spotless - brilliant Beds and pillows very comfy - had great sleep whilst here Little bug if balcony if wanted to sit out but no good for us as just sat looking straight at another wall of next building Security of getting in/out of building was great.

Rooms not sound proof could hear doors opening / closing, door to people’s bathrooms opening. Obviously if people noisy No facility to cook, or breakfast etc just got kettle and fridge.

Charming little rooms, located pretty central to everything you'd need as a tourist. It's not next to a busy road, it's very private, rooms are clean and organised, and you even get a balcony, which a lot of other places no longer offer. Very much met and exceeded my expectations, and for what you pay for it is an absolutely great deal.

As a taller man, I require a slight bit more space. The rooms are small and one can get used to them, but it felt a little cluttered when I first walked it (not messy, just too much furniture for a small space). After a bit of rearranging it was fine. I'm only jotting this down because I have to write something here.

perfect after a long day in Brisbane as it’s directly near Roma street which is central for all transport in Brisbane. beds are extremely comfy and well kept with housekeeping doing an great job as well with restock of all complimentary tea and coffee every morning whilst we was out. the reception team was incredible and made us feel welcome even with Bianca training she did an amazing job!

although the bed is comfy I have to say the walls are fairly thin even so I could hear someone sneezing in another room which was a few doors down from me. also I don’t know if this is something that can be done but installing sensor lights in the hall way that turn off after there’s no motion for a while would be amazing as the light from the hallways does come through under the doors all night which can be quite distracting. if you are travelling with suitcases or have mobility issues as well be aware there is no lift! so you will need to carry these up which didn’t effect us as much but wanted to make sure to include this if it wasn’t clear.

Very clean room Comfortable bed Tea and Coffee supplied Quiet location and room- no disturbances from fellow travellers Great shower curtain- it motivated me to upgrade mine at home :D Friendly staff Room was available for an early check in Office has seating and drinks for sale- great for a rest after a walk to the hotel. Close to the train stations. Roma Street is the closer, though I walked from Central Station, which is a bit futher. In either case you are only talking perhaps 15-20 mins, if that. Both are a bit uphill but not exhausting to reach on foot. Directions from the hotel to Roma train station are provided and easy to follow. Right next to Roma Street Parklands. That is well worth a look especially in nice weather (which is most of the time in Brisbane)

Was pretty happy with everything- if you want breakfast i guess the nearest is to walk to town which is very close.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt safe and comfortable. For the price I had not expected much, but in addition to the welcome I received, the room was perfectly clean, a nice balcony and the bed was very comfy. My new go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Brisbane!

Nothing to report here. Can only say that there is no restaurant (or if there is it is closed momentarily), however next door has a great terrace bar and restaurant, open from breakfast until dinner or just for a drink. They were also very friendly and kind and and lack of restaurant access in Soho is provided just a short walk away.

Staff were lovely, and welcoming bed comfortable and room clean with great cleaning staff. The only thing that could be added would be a microwave and crockery and cutlery as we couldn't afford to eat out each night. To have a in room option would be great. Thank you to the owner Ray, my son didn't have a bad word to say and he really made my son feel at home and welcome.

No cooking or cutlery, crockery in rooms or microwave

Centrally located and a competitive price. Walking distance ro public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and bed made up daily.

Note to self that this part of Brisbane is VERY hilly! Room was ok for a single but would have been very small for 2 people. A bit noisy from clunky neighbours. Daytime parking is difficult if you have a vehicle but ok overnight. Bed was a bit hard for my dodgy back. But overall, a good deal for the price.

Great location close to Roma St Parkland gives access to natural spaces within a capital city context. All the more important as Brisbane is currently bustling with major building development. Free no. 30 Spring Hill Loop bus right outside door is also handy.

Doors to balcony are stiff. Balcony door in my friend's room was too stiff resulting in room lacking adequate fresh air.

Great customer service particularly, very friendly and helpful (especially with information on transport) and chatty. The daily cleaning while I was out was great, loved coming back to fresh bedding and clean kitchen supplies. Had everything I needed and perfect size for one person and a quick stay.

TV was older and had issue with the screen although still functioned. Perhaps fan in the bathroom?
