The location was very convenient to the central business district and the Wickham Terrace medical district plus cafes, convenience stores, etc. The one-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed. I felt safe and secure on the gated property and the beautifully kept gardens made each apartment very private. The lady who ran the office was professional and very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Gardens and will certainly be staying there every time I come back to Brisbane. Thank you

I cannot suggest any improvements as I have no complaints whatsoever and I really enjoyed staying here. Will definitely be back! I hope I have more time next trip to make the most of the beautiful pool!

Fantastic shower!! Best I’ve experienced in my 6 weeks travelling in Australia- temp adjusts from cold to very hot and really strong, powerful jets if wanted, sheer bliss! Good central location, friendly and very helpful reception staff. Good communication prior to arriving regarding where and how to pick up keys out of hours.

Could have been a little bit better equipped with additional cooking utensils- bought a pizza to heat in the oven and there were no baking trays to put it on.

Great location with a short walk to buses and central station. The room was clean, tidy, private and quiet and had all cooking facilities. The property manager was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Parking on site was secure and easy to access. I had a lovely private courtyard with outdoor seating for 4.

My room was a little dated and in need of a little repair. There are stairs to get into the property and external stairs to most rooms and internal stairs within the apartment as well.

Spacious, neat, home-away-from-home, washing machine & dryer super handy, free onsite parking, close to everything, short walk to the CBD & central station train, super quite location.

Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it + hair in the bathroom sink, stairs make carrying big suitcases a bit challenging, but good exercise I guess...

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was safe and the trees and vegetation that surrounded the building was calming and nice to look at.

It was a little far from the shopping areas but you can walk to these areas in about 10 minutes or less.

I had the best time during my stay there. The team was so kind, and constantly worried about what I needed. The apartment was lovely and spotless, and you have all the essentials for your stay. Thank you so much! I 100% recommend it!

Location is good for being walking distance to Central station, the Queen St mall etc and bus connections are close if going further

The hill climb to get there took a bit of getting used to especially when carrying cases or shopping.

Good location with easy access to the city and night amenities around the city, It was safe and car parked in a safe undercovers parking. The room size was enough for me and my partner, with self contained cooking, sitting and dining facilities.

The stairs case but inside was a bit stinky and smell was there all 3 nights we were there and the taps dropped alot the noise was a bit annoying after awhile but other than that it was a good place

Staff very friendly, great location to where we had to go, shopping centre for groceries very close and handy, bus stops not far from location and very quiet and secure rooms.

Nothing really because the accommodation was just what we required.
