The room was lovely and I would stay again just get rid of the person on the front desk as per my other comments

Upon check in we arrived at 1:40 and the man at the desk was hell bent on us waiting until exactly 2pm as he looked at his watch with a smirk on his face we had just travelled since 3am to get there I wasn't happy as it was a cold wet miserable day but we had to just wait I felt so sorry for the young couple with a baby as he did the same to them and she was in tears Not a very nice way to treat people the other gentleman on the desk intervened and finally gave the family a room He should learn to have compassion and not have that role at a front desk I have travelled the world and never seen anyone so wanting the control over people It is just a power control I know my opinion will not mean anything but we will look into it but at least I have made my point

The view was superb and the location was excellent as we were able to walk to the main attractions and the city shopping precinct..

The bedroom was very tight for space, and it was difficult to access the wardrobe. There was not enough cutlery. There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo bottles and no soap dish on the hand basin. There was no hard copy of information for guests and the Wi-fi was extremely slow being 2G. There was only one tea towel which is not sufficient for five days. there was no spare rubbish bag to put in the bin. also there was no full-length mirror anywhere to check clothing.

With Click Skytower being in the heart of Brisbane, my young grandaughter and I did not need a car, everything we needed was at hand, everything we wanted to do within walking distance : the Botanical gardens, shopping/dining, a ferry ride over the river to South Bank recreation, swimming, markets, entertainment..... Cities are noisy but, being on the 58th floor was so quiet and peaceful, our room so lovely, the views so picturesque, the staff so accommodating, we were referring to our hotel unit as 'home'. The lifts were fast and smooth, the foyer and hallways always smelt so 'nice'.

If we 'had' to pick...it would be a simple ask that the pool be warm.

Great view, central city access, proximity to restaurants, welcome morning walking distance to Brisbane Exhibition center Southbank and riverside walks. Easy walk to Central railway station for direct airport train.

Annoying repetitive beep every few minutes from kitchen. Assumed it was the oven whose clock was on somewhere else's time zone. ILVE manual was available ....... but only for the gas cooktop???? Who needs a manual for that? Clock setting buttons incomprehensible without the ILVE Oven manual. Eventually deduced the noise was coming from the Dishwasher, also no manual. Turned it off at the power point to kill the noise. After that "How's the serenity?"

Very clean, well appointed apartment with a great view and great location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Paid for 6 nights parking upfront on check in, $35 per day, as required, only to find that parking spots are not actually guaranteed. The hotel car park was full so we were told to use an adjacent car park. Arrived back one evening to find that the car park was completely full, no full sign up and car after car backing up. Found ourselves on the top level having to play Tetris with all the other cars backed up behind us Got lucky on the way out with one car leaving, however if that didn’t happen we would’ve paid for parking that wasn’t even available. I’m not sure how they can have you pay in advance when there is the possibility of not actually getting a park? The pool on level 66 has a great view however it’s deceptively shallow and there are no obvious depth markers anywhere.

Size and layout of the apartment was GREAT! Really really clean and comfortable. Absolutely incredible location. Staff were friendly and helpful

Without a designated drop off/pick up location, you have to just try find a spot on the road (in no parking/no standing zones) to be able to stop your car and go check in, get the keys to enter the car park etc. Ideally having a spot in the car park where you can enter, park, go to reception, exit again if need be would have helped. Same with on the same out. We had to get our cars out, find a spot on the road, to then drop our keys off at check out time. A box near the car park exit for keys would have been a great help.

The staff was exceptionally, welcoming and accommodating, from the little things like an extra blanket, luggage storage and the ability to cater for a late check out. The view from the apartment was amazing overlooking the river and the furniture was comfortable enough to relax in for long periods. The kitchen was well equip and it was very handy to have both a washing machine and dryer. The location was ideal been a short walk from the botanical gardens and the CBD.

At times there was a long wait for the lifts as one of the three was out of action.

As I arrived, I was greeted at the front desk by helpful staff. They were knowledgeable in telling me how to get to the room. When I got to the room, it was gorgeous. It was very spacious with giant windows and a comfortable bed period. The room included washer and dryer, which also had detergent. In order to use for free, there was also soap and sponge sponge to wash the dishes that were used. There was a TV sofa and plenty of space for more than one person. All appliances included were new and clean upon arrival. Everything was centrally located in the city and I was able to walk to any place that I needed to go shopping or buy things for.

There is nothing I didn't like. I will be returning in a few months.

The unit was very clean and neat, when we arrived and as we left it. The location of Skytower Apartments is well situated which enabled us to walk to all the attractions we visited. The Botanic Gardens, The lunch River Cruise and the Brisbane Wheel and of course, Suncorp Stadium, to watch our team, defeated by the Bronco's. We only used our car on two occasions, To visit Maleny and to visit friends about a 30 minute drive. The view, was as good as it could be, in a City, the size of Brisbane, We could see the River and near by Parks. The Birthday surprise, for my wife was very much appreciated, we did, bring the balloons home though.

Using, two separate lifts, to access the car garage. But in saying that, we did have a problem, exercise, make for a healthy body.

The best thing about Skytower is the location. It is near to the CBD shopping areas, about 10 minutes walking distance, which means easy access to food, but also near to the bridge which links to Southbank to access the tourist attractions such as the riverside walk, art galleries, and the convention centre. The view from the room is superb and watching sunset and sunrises has been an activity I look forward to each morning and evening. The pool, while small is relatively warm and within easy access.

A bit of noise from the neighbours, though I think it is expected for a dense living quarter such as this. The TV in the room turned on by itself in the middle of the night, which woke me up, and I reckon it is because a neighbour's remote has the same frequency (I have not used the tv at all during the stay). It will be good for the pool to have a changing room so that it is easy to change before returning to the room.
