Very impressed the service on reception! Super friendly and helpful. Given unexpected gift as the staff gave me an upgraded room as higher floors and excellent view! It was my business related trip for two nights but I was feeling like a great healing myself. Perfect morning walk in botanical garden and river walk and everything I need is near! Only I had to be paying attention is the carpark driveway is a bit narrow for SUV or bigger vehicles, but ok if I am carefully driving. So 10 of 10! Thank you so much. I will definitely come back for the next trip! Highly recommend ❤️

Actually nothing to write as everyone not only the staff but even residents in the building were all kind and lovely!

Great location and great value for money. Nice spacious apartment with good sized living room, full kitchenette, good sized bedroom and a TV in both rooms. Bed was large and comfy too. While the room had a city view there was still a snippet of the river in view too. Very close to the beautiful city botanical gardens.

Reception area and lifts were a little dated. Would have liked a couple of harder pillow options. While a great location for restaurants, not as many food options nearby for walk-up takeaway (although UberEats solved that)

Really good view and location - walking distance to everything in the city. Bedrooms were spacious. Lougeroom a little small but we didn't really use it so it didn't worry us. Surprisingly quiet room considering it's inner city.

Couldn't use the ensuite - the shower head pointed straight to the door and flooded the bathroom every time you turned the shower on. Unfortunately the hotel was upgrading the lifts at the time we stayed which meant really long delays in using the lift.

The location and view. The rooms have all the features etc that you want and lovely comfortable beds.

The tiny television in the bedroom, it made us laugh though because it was so small. We’ve both traveled a lot and by far this was the smallest, most out of proportion t.v, although it wasn’t an issue really as we were not there to watch t.v. There were 3 lifts but most of the time only one appeared to be working which made it impossible to socially distance, plus because of all the traffic in one lift the carpet was very soiled, with no one vacuuming it overnight.

The rooms were very nice, clean and well set up. The view over the balacony was amazing and a wonderful surprise. As we didn't book a "river view room", although was overlooking the river and bridge. Great location in the CBD & easy to access surroundings without having to drive.

Down fall was the construction noise woke me at 6am both mornings. Also the elevators would take forever. We watched them go up and down past our floor numerous times, before it eventually stopped.

Our apartment was quite large with a nice balcony and view. Upon booking we didn't realise our apartment would have 2 bathrooms, so that was a nice surprise for us. Beds were comfortable and the view from both our bedrooms were fantastic.

Could have been a tad cleaner. Noticed a babies dummy, dirty spoon and toys under the furniture which was a bit gross, god knows how long they were under there. The aircon in living area doesn't completely open up. Also the 13th floor has a terrible smell just outside the elevators, like cat pee or wet garbage. Basement parking was a little hard to get in and out of as it's quite a tight squeeze. Other than those few things our stay was pleasant.

The view was amazing, our room had everything you could possibly need.

Only two lifts were in operation, we waited nearly 20 minutes for it on Sunday morning , if we were not on the 23rd floor I would have taken the stairs. Even though the oaks does not allow pets it should be noted that people who live here permanently do have pets, being confined in a lift with a dog/cat if you have allergies is not a good thing especially when the lifts take so long.

Views were amazing and location was fantastic, walking distance to everywhere.

We stayed for a week, apartment wasn’t serviced during our stay, I expected a few more dishwasher tabs and toilet rolls, laundry powder sufficient to last a week, ended up buying them as it was a hassle asking reception. Also no cleaning supplies to wipe bench down ect. Apartment due a renovation but that didn’t bother us.

A great stay. We had 2 nights in a 2 bedroom. Close to the riverfront and Queen St Mall. Mini Mart and BWS right downstairs for convenience. Close to everything. Comfortable apartment. We paid extra for the river views which were great at night having a drink on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and amenities were provided. We did need to request extra toilet paper and we went and bought some tissues. We would stay there again.

The parking was really tight and difficult going up levels in an SUV. Doable but a small car would be fine.

We very much appreciated our upgrade to the river view room - which we had requested but wasn’t guaranteed. We loved it and it really made our stay sitting out on the balcony watching the bustle and story bridge lights. Thank you so much.

The only negative but not a biggie is the shower in the master is so small water comes out into the rest of the bathroom making the room all very wet. But overall everything was so clean and comfy. Our bed config was mixed up on arrival, but again reception were so helpful in fixing it for our family without any fuss. Great service!
