Twin queen river view room was lovely. Bathroom was up to date, clean and great looking. Beds were super comfy, including the pillows and the ambience was good. Appreciated the chaise chair in the room which was comfy and usable unlike many others. Overall the room was well put together and light and lovely. Amenities were good and the wardrobe cabinetry with built in fridge and drawers ect was so well put together. I loved the bar on the lobby along with the fact that they served food all day. The seating was comfortable and it had a lovely atmosphere with the doors fully open and the singer. Lots of people were just having a nice drink with friends in a busy, but calm environment. All the staff I met were lovely. Daniel, the Team leader ,in particular was very chatty and lovely.

After washing my hair I found that the conditioner bottle was empty! A real horror for me with my hair. They have the bottles on the shower wall fixed instead of the individual bottles. I dont mind this at all - as long as the bottles have contents……! Other thing is lack of signage for the restaurant Settimo which is where breakfast is served too. I met several other people trying to find it too. Settimo by the way is a gorgeous Italian Restaurant where everything is homemade and delicious.

Everything was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with good variety. In room dining was delicious! Really bummed I never got round to trying the spa. The hotel smelt amazing, the fragrance or diffusers just made my day every time I entered the building. My daughter enjoyed the pool area a lot.

Housekeeping was done everyday during my toddlers nap time. We ended up skipping all but 1 day as a result. The one day our room was cleaned, they never stocked up on toilet paper, tea, coffee or sugar. Had to ask for it afterwards.

Everything. Staff were friendly and service was efficient. Personally as someone with lots of dietary restrictions, the menu was great…Absolutely loved the Trio of silken ice-cream!! The heated swim up bar was great! I don’t like mojitos but it was delicious. Loved being able to walk to Queen St Mall and the convenience to restaurants (even the once on premise). Never been to a hotel that offered free alcohol in the lobby, so that was amazing to see and get offered. Valet parking is always nice to have so that was good

Having to leave and go back to work :(

Breakfast in the club lounge was great for a club breakfast. Impressive service from the staff with barista made coffee! Excellent front desk service, a seamless valet experience, speedy room service and a lovely room presented perfectly. We were slightly early for check in, and staff organised our room without a fuss. Absolutely excellent service, so so impressive and a real gem of Brisbane for high end accommodation. A true five stars.

nothing. My expectations were exceeded at every corner.

nice hotel but stingy

food in the executive lounge was a disgrace food not much & only fit for school dinners disgraceful really for what you pay, also you have to ask for a barista coffee as the done offer you one the machine in the room is shockingly bad another disgrace also having to wait 20 min for soar to open not good good enough for a five star hotel, they are short on staff as they are running around like headless chucks at breakfast, 1 chef was really good at his job the younger chap was shocking couldn’t cook a boiled egg.

Good location and customer service was great. Emma was absolutely fantastic at Breakfast time, best service I have received in as long as I can remember always ensuring we, and our little one were happy. great beds.

We didn’t get the room we booked. I’ve only realised on our return. I was sure I booked a room with a bathtub and we had according to the photos - however no bathtub. It’s a big deal to us, but I thought it was my mistake at the time. We stay at The Westin regularly as we love the customer service and excellent rooms. I’m disappointed this wasn’t up to scratch. The bathroom shampoo and conditioner is no where near up to the standard of a high class hotel - it was terrible and cheap. Very disappointing, as I do t usually bring my shampoo etc as the Westin in Melbourne has great products it’s a shame service & products are not standardised.

As soon as we stopped at the front door, everyone have a smile on their face and very polite to welcome us. The workers of the Westin is professional. The check in process was easy. There was a personal note and a bag of trail mix as soon as we went in the room. It was lovely to see the room so clean and tidy. The hotel is so thoughtful in providing lavender oil to help with sleep. Sanitising wipes and good spa white tea washing trio was great!! Would definitely return

Nothing! Please keep on the good work!!

Location , pool was amazing , bar/bistro downstairs , restaurant was amazing . Tv in room was huge .

There was a horrible smell when you got out of the lift and all down the corridor on level 7, so they moved me to L4, and the same horrible smell, really strong and offensive . Also I did not have my tea coffee milk water replenished , on the first clean .

Drinks on arrival was lovely. As we’re the check in staff. Room was great. Pool was great. Room service was really good. Really enjoyed almost all of it.

The breakfast was terrible. No choice and the staff weren’t very friendly or attentive. The restaurant wasn’t even full. It just really let the stay down. We would have given top scores across everything if the breakfast and restaurant stuff didn’t let it down.

The Accommodation was exceptional and extremely comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful, Stefanie at the reception helped us out so much and allowed us to check in early. They even let us keep our bags at the hotel for the whole day while we were out on the day of checkout.

The blockout curtains were good but it would not cover the whole window, so some light still woke ua up in the morning
