Location was great. Quiet with minimal traffic noise. Close to shops and restaurants.

To be picky..Parking needs to be marked with lines and room numbers. On arrival there were no parks left near our room then after coming back from a function 1 car used up two spaces so again we had nowhere to park. Wasn’t convenient to park elsewhere having my elderly mother with us. Our bathroom had a very large bubbled glass window in the shower which was very uncomfortable for me and my mother feeling like we were being watched from the outside. So we Showered with the lights off.Lol

We liked having a room opposite the pool. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved that there was a microwave, kettle and basic chinaware.

The room smelled slightly of smoke, even though there was a no smoking sign. The shower drain was blocked, which meant the shower water overflowed into the bathroom floor, but then went down the floor drain. The shower curtain wasn't securely attached and fell down. The hair dryer didn't work.

I've previously been to self-contained units with nothing it. I am grateful that there's tea and coffee, milk, and dishwashing equipment provided. Thank you very much!

There was a used Post-it note left behind on the TV and not taken off. It is like the screen wasn't wiped down properly. People parking the next to pool, where our room was. It should be marked as a term loading bay. It would have been nicer for myself and the group of people I stayed with when unloading luggage to and from our room. Luckily, the weather was beautiful.

for us it was a one night stay so was pretty much get there dump bags, go do what we were down for, sleep and leave so didn't have a chance to really look around the place but has exactly what you need for a short stay, clean etc. Only met a staff member briefly on check out as we got there after reception closed but they were polite and friendly.

nothing really would have to really nit pick like the pillow not good for me but thats just something really silly.

quiet location and no highway or local traffic noise at all. conveniently located near IKEA, Logan Hyperdome and Mt Gravatt shopping centres. only 35 minutes to the Gold Coast (20 minutes to the theme parks) and plenty of public transport options to the city. great little shopping centre just down the road with Woolies, BWS, a tavern and heaps of cafés and foodie outlets (yum). we didn’t have time to try them all out! bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

The room was spotlessly clean and fresh and airy. We did not need to use the air con. The location was close to the Pacific Motorway but there was no traffic noise or noise from neighbours. We stayed three nights and were only at the motel at night.

It would have been nice to be able to get some breakfast but we were aware of this and brought our own.

The room was great for the price! Location was perfect as we had a wedding not too far from the place, easy to get onto the highway and shops really close by. I loved that there was a little courtyard space at the back that was closed off to the people next to you so you had some privacy. Has air con, Bathroom was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. Fridge was a little dodgy, but not super necessary for us anyway. All in all, Staff were friendly and helpful! and the room was perfect for what we needed!

maybe a bit more updated bedding covers, otherwise, not too much I didn't like, we just needed somewhere to crash and this place was perfect for a place to have our stuff and get out and about

The room is comfortable, clean and meets all needs in these areas.

It would be good to have a toaster, plate, bowl and knife, fork spoon. There is a microwave which is great but then there is only a teaspoon to eat with. I took my own cutlery as I stayed at your facility prior. On a stay greater than 2 nights the breakfast cost becomes significant at the local cafes. This is NOT a complaint but a suggestion.

me and my children loved our stay staff were friendly had no troubles at all.

only 1 hick up was when we had pizza for dinner on the first night of our stay we had left the pizza on the table woke up and it was full of Antz :( andddd the pool was warm maybe be ideal to have a shade over it. just my opinion.

Rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean and value for money :) Convenient and close to amenities which met all our needs

Not enough milk and coffee :( little things but would have been nice to have few more in stock and car parked infront with a boat was a bit weird?? But didn't really affect our stay however, would have been nice to park directly infront own rooms :)
