Location was great easy walk to town & to the ferry & to Fellons brewery (great pub). Beds were very comfy. We were in the 74th floor the views were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Only Minor things, Bathroom floors & shower extremely slippery. Pool floors extremely slippery they need rubber mats on the floors. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Staff were polite and happy, ready to assist at anytime.Location was amazing (near waterfront restaurants and bars) Suite was clean and had all that was needed. Replacement of towels occurred on request. Great location and place Would love to return again

Indoor pool could have been warmer. The room was warm, but the pool was not warm enough to jump in unfortunately

Paul the staff member was amazing and super friendly! He was the best thing about the stay.

The sauna was out of action so couldn’t be used. The car park really hard to get into. Lifts were quite confusing to work out to start with. Our bedroom door had to be basically shut to be able to get in past it to the side of the bed. The toilet seat was quite wobbly and seemed it was just about to break. Basic amenities only. Would have been nice to have complimentary water in the fridge. Seemed very basic inside the suits considering it was a luxury 2 bedroom, didn’t come across as luxury unfortunately. Shower head kept slipping so you had to hold it to be able to use it or it would spray everywhere. The size of the soap to wash your hands was quite big, definitely oversized and too big for a hotel room a smaller one would be much cheaper and still be sufficient for a stay

We stayed in a one bedroom luxury suite. Our suite was on the 25th floor and was well equipped with great views of the Brisbane city from the living area and Brisbane river from the bedroom. Great for stays with the kids. The staff were very helpful and dropped off extra amenities to our suite when we requested them.

If i had to be picky, the spa was a bit dirty from all the people using it and the pool (for a typical heated pool) was a bit too cold to swim in. Also, the carpets on the level where the pool and gym were located in smelled a bit bad. Parking was expensive at $45 per day but secure parking was provided.

Location is ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Views were spectacular. Room was comfortable and warm. Facilities were great (slight hiccup but this was dealt with)

The Sauna wasn't operational. I had not received any communication to report that this was the case. No email or text to notify that one of the main drawcards for me was not operational. The only way I found out was a notice in the elevator once we had checked in and were making our way to the room. Guest services did assist with this however, and offered us the use of the facilities at the Herschel street address.

While this property has many positive aspects, one notable downside is the limited parking availability, which can be inconvenient for guests with vehicles. Additionally, most transport companies seem reluctant to use the undercover pick-up and drop-off zone, which might cause difficulties for those relying on rideshare or taxi services.

The staff were so accommodating. I had to request a certain bathroom when i made my booking & they made sure it was very accessible for my medical disability. They even asked if I required a shower chair or non slip mat (I didnt though because my partner was with me) Very welcoming. The room was MASSIVE! very spacious. Bed was so comfortable. My partner and I even found our favourite breakfast spot we had been trying to find again for 2 years! (turns out it was literally next door) everything was within walking distance of each other which is why we booked this apartment, all the restaurants we booked were so close by! It is a great place for couples just a night away. We made the booking for a weekend alone together before Christmas craziness. Was amazing. No faults.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the room or location Will definitely be returning

The location was great, view amazing, stayed on level 69. The layout of the apartment was really good and the inclusion in the kitchen helpful.

Didn't look as clean as it should as the toilet seats were up, dirt on the carpets (we have a crawling baby so very noticeable) mould in the showers and the last person's receipts left next to the bin. Bathroom sink could be replaced. For the cost of the room the cleanliness should have been much higher so that was disappointing as I then felt the needs to wipe over surfaces we were using as we didn't know if they had been cleaned.

the staff were so accommodating and helpful, gave us extra towels and made sure we were looked after. our room smelled amazing when we walked through the doors, great location close to the city and the valley. the parking is also amazing, walking distance from the hotel, always found a park close to the exit and the parking was valid till 12am day of check out! loved everything about the hotel, we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in brisbane but the meriton is definitely our favourite yet! thankyou so much to all the staff you really made us feel like kings and queens!

I didn't eat any breakfast. I liked the location and how close it was to the venue we were going to. I liked the ease of parking and that being easy to get the lift up to my room.

I would have preferred better view. My relatives had a fantastic view as they were on the 69th floor and I was only on the 13th. I didn't like the air-conditioning in my room it smelled like burning plastic at one point. Was hard to get the right temp control. It would have been nice to have electric controls on the blinds in the living room. The reception entry isn't easy to navigate with the driveway.
